“This hotel was undergoing a renovation at the time of our stay so you had to ignore the construction on the way to your room. But once we made it to our room we loved the new decor.”

• The in-room coffee was great, real coffee cups not styrofoam, glass glasses too!
• We misunderstood that breakfast was not complimentry! It was very good and a fair price for the buffet.

• Front desk staff was excellent. Went above and beyond to obtain my rewards #.
• Room wreaked of past smoking. Air conditioner was too loud.

“I wouldn't stay there again, because of the smoke issue. The buffet wasn't as good as most Marriott's. The staff was very good.”

• The staff was extremely helpful and professional.

“The staff at the hotel had great customer service. They did not treat us any differently for having a room booked at a lower price. I would stay at this hotel again anytime. I will highly recommend it to others!”

• The friendly service.

“Overall the stay was pleasant. They checked us into our room quickly and we enjoyed the comfortable rooms and hot tub. The only let down was that the breakfast was like 9 dollars a person. ”

• We enjoyed the spacious swimming pool area.
• The first room they put us in reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.

“We enjoyed the hotel stay. We would've preferred a hotel with a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast buffet was very pricey.”

• I loved the absolute comfort of the beds and how clean the bathrooms were, it really went beyond my expectations.
• Really the only thing I didn't like was leaving the hotel.

• Near our target destination, was a Marriott.
• Nothing, it was fabulous, great beds!

• Free wired internet access in the rooms, good bed.
• Used laundry facilities, had to wash clothes twice, dryers were terrible.

“Hotel is located south of Salt Lake City and right off the interstate for easy access to downtown or to Provo.”

• Wonderful location, easy access to & from interstate.
• Dirty sheets and uncomfortable beds.

“This was a beautiful hotel, but when you pull down the covers to get in bed and find hairs in the sheets, the beautifulness of it is long gone. Plus we were in a hurry to leave and didn't have time to sit down in the hotel cafe for breakfast.”

• The pool was open 24 hours. The rooms were nice.
• My room was located right near a back door and it was drafty.

“The rooms were nice and all the amenities I was looking for were available. It's in a great location, near shopping, restaurants and freeway access. My son and I had a great time swimming and spending time together.”

• The hotel was in a nice location center to other things we were doing.
• The pool was very cold, the charges for the rooms got messed up.

“Our experience was mostly good. There were a lot of us staying here other than the pool being cold and the bill being messed up we had a really great experience. We were disappointed there was not continental breakfast.”

• The beds were great, pool area great, and staff was helpful.
• They need to get free WiFi in the rooms. Business travel requires that. Microwaves in rooms would be nice too.

“This hotel has better than average beds and very clean modern rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is just of the freeway, near shopping and not far from Salt Lake City. The pool and spa were good and are open 24/7. No microwave in the regular rooms, staff was willing to bring one up. No WiFi in rooms, but they do have a business center with a computer there. Overall a great value.”

• I liked the fact that the heat was not hard to regulate and I could turn the fan off and we were still warm enough.
• I don't think there was anything I didn't like about the hotel.

• Very convienent to where we visiting relatives.
• There restaurant was way over priced.

“The people in the hotel were very nice and tried their very best to be helpful. They let our grandkids swim there and one grandson stayed overnight and when I asked about extra charges the desk clerk said that there would be no extra charge. It was very nice stay.”

• Highway noisy with window open

“Stayed here for a nearby business meeting, hotel was on par to slightly above others in this price range. A decent mall across the road has several restaurants, all within a 5-10 minute walk of the hotel. Wanted to sleep with the window open for fresh air, but the nearby highway noise was a bit much for that. With window closed, the noise was no problem. Swimming pool and exercise room were unused; both seemed well maintained and clean.”

• The staff was fantastic; the amenities plentiful.
• Only wish it had a full-service restaurant open 24/7.

“I could not tell you how many times the staff asked if I had enjoyed my day...where I had visited...what I had done. No one was being rude. It just showed that they cared about my entire traveling experience and that was wonderful. I would recommend that Courtyard by Marriott in Sandy, Utah to everyone.”

• Convenient location - near nut not next to noisy Freeway - great staff
• A little farther from the canyon ski areas, but worth the extra drive

“Great staff - good location - easy check in - good breakfast. Even on a very busy weekend holiday morning, the staff knocked themselves out to give us prompt breakfast service in the restaurant. The rooms are quiet , clean, and comfortable the beds are comfy.”

“The hotel was very clean, the bed comfortable and the staff pleasant. My only complaint was that when the toilet flushed, it sounded like a gunshot going off. I don't know if that was true of the other rooms, though. But I would recommend it to others. Very convenient location for dining and shopping.”
