“As with all Residence Inns, service by staff was excellent, rooms are large with kitchen. Beds are very comfortable and breakfast offers variety for everyone. If affordable, I will always choose Residence Inns.”

• Friendly, clean, appropriate for families and business alike. Served daily breakfast buffet.
• Non-secure parking in rear. Surrounded by fields.

“Room was at home comfort with all kitchen needs, including refrigerator, d/w, stove, and microwave oven. Bed was slightly hard, decoration was of busy taste. Room cleaning was excellent, as hotel was in very good taste with comfort and cleanliness atmosphere.”

• The two separate sleeping rooms, the breakfast.
• The desk staff were very inept at giving us driving directions.

“This hotel was in a good, quiet location. The facilities were clean, new and comfortable. I appreciate having breakfast included and it was bountiful and included nutritious choices as well. I enjoy staying in hotels such as this because they organize activities around guests who might like to socialize either with other guests or their traveling partners.”

• Sidewalks were icy even 3 hours after I called to complain.

• I liked the full kitchen so that you could choose to cook your own meals.
• Nothing.

“The hotel would normally be in a fairly convenient location if it were not for the construction. The directions were not very clear. However, everything else was excellent, from the cleanliness of the room, the friendliness of the staff even to a staff member going above and beyond in fulfilling our request. The pool facilities were clean and neat. The breakfast was plentiful and tasted wonderful. We loved our stay!”

• The hotel far surpassed our expectations, both in amenities and staff helpfulness fantastic!
• Our keys rarely worked had to be reprogrammed every day, but someone always quickly came outside to let us in.

• Love the kitchenette and sitting area!
• The hotel was under renovation, we were not given notice, breakfast was in the lobby and we had to eat it in our rooms!

“The hotel is great, not our first stay here. It is in a great location with many great surroundings, I-max, the Mayan, other great eats. The draw back of this visit is that the hotel was under renovation as well as many of the surrounding streets, we had no prior warning. We kept joking about the toilet sitting in the parking lot. Lovely to look at.”

• The benefits (breakfast) made this stay an exception experience.
• The lack of the hotel staff to accommodate my discomfort with the noisy ice maker in the room. Kept me up all night long.

“I was not prepared for the construction at the hotel. I thought that turning off the water on my second day there at 10am - 2 pm was inconsiderate at best. The ice maker made so much noise it kept me up all night long and nothing was done to accommodate this discomfort.”

• Rooms were very large and clean, nicely decorated. Free Internet access!
• Breakfast buffet was disorganized and they ran out of yogurt.

“This hotel offers large , clean rooms with many amenities. The breakfast buffet is a nice touch, but needs some improvement The staff is very friendly and accommodating. An excellent value for the money!”

• The rooms are clean & spacious. The free breakfast has good choices for all.
• Sofa sleepers are not very comfortable, but for a short stay they work.

“We stay here two times a year. There are six of us that share two rooms. The hotel is located near the expo center (around 3 blocks away.) The rooms have kitchens and a king size bed as well as the sofa sleeper. The rooms and bathroom are all very clean. The free breakfast is very nice. It has many choice- hot food, cold food etc. We have a few that are on diets and there was plenty of food for them to choose from. We will stay here year after year while attending the scrapbook expo at the expo center.”

• The best room and service that we have ever had in all our years of traveling.
• Nothing to tell. Every thing was just perfect.

“The rooms was outstanding as well were all the staff members. Every one was very helpful as this was the first time for in Salt Lake City. They had a snack and refreshments at night and a great continental breakfast that was meant for a king and his staff.”

• I like the idea that I could get a room at that rate with one day in advance.
• When I first drove up I could not tell where the lobby or front desk was. No signs.

• The remote control for the TV stopped working one night.

“This hotel was very nice. The rooms had oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, although it was very crowded every morning. It was clean and easy to find. The king size bed was nice, as well as the couch or sitting area in the room. Very convenient location.”

“I love this hotel because of the large suites and full kitchens. It is our 5th stay. It was during thanksgiving and the hotel was understaffed. In four days never got our room cleaned, breakfast had only one poor lady trying to serve all the guests. I would return again but during the holiday might stay elsewhere.”

• The continental breakfast was very good. The seperate kitchen & lounging area makes it seem like more than a motel room. Well lit up around the motel.

• This was one of my best hotel experiences, above and beyond amenities, excellent breakfast, nice pool and great room

“I would strongly recomend this hotel to others, the room had everything I might need, linens were nice, lots of extra touches (popcorn, candy great blankets pillows) the staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was the best ever provided as an inclusive.”
