• The breakfast was great.
• The remote control for the TV stopped working one night.

“This hotel was very nice. The rooms had oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, although it was very crowded every morning. It was clean and easy to find. The king size bed was nice, as well as the couch or sitting area in the room. Very convenient location.”

• Very poor service during the holiday, understaffed.

“I love this hotel because of the large suites and full kitchens. It is our 5th stay. It was during thanksgiving and the hotel was understaffed. In four days never got our room cleaned, breakfast had only one poor lady trying to serve all the guests. I would return again but during the holiday might stay elsewhere.”

• The service was great! The breakfast was more than expected.
• The wireless internet was not what we expected. We came on a work and leisure trip and it was hard to get the work done without paying for internet service

• The first room they gave us was already occupied by someone else. Very uncomforable about this situation.

• The breakfast buffet was fabulous!
• I stayed 2 nights, the 2nd night the popcorn & candy was not refilled. (We were shorted wash cloths the 2nd night, too)

• The room came with free breakfast for everyone. The breakfast was excellent.
• The rooms only have one bed and a sofa sleeper. It would be nicer if they came with 2 beds.

• This was one of my best hotel experiences, above and beyond amenities, excellent breakfast, nice pool and great room

“I would strongly recomend this hotel to others, the room had everything I might need, linens were nice, lots of extra touches (popcorn, candy great blankets pillows) the staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was the best ever provided as an inclusive.”

• Large, beautiful suites - a marvelous full buffet breakfast!

“This is a beautiful hotel with gracious, helpful staff. Our room was immaculate, large, and had all of the conveniences. The location wasn't the greatest for our needs, but it wasn't far from a very nice mall and restaurants. We wouldn't mind staying there again...and again!”

• I travel alone and do not always feel safe in a hotel. Sandy's Residence Inn felt very safe, quiet and secure.
• My experience in this hotel was an especially good one.

“If you enjoy getting up in the morning at your leisure and cooking your own eggs exactly the way you like them, then the Residence Inn at Sandy is what you are looking for. The hotel staff will even buy the groceries for you and have them waiting in the refrigerator for your convenience. The Staff is attentive, friendly and professional. The rooms are quiet and secure. You wont be sorry if you make this selection”

• They don't use chlorine in their pool.

“It is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious (enough to fit us with our 4 children), there is a full kitchen to make eating in easy, the indoor pool is large and uses something better than chlorine to clean it, they have a full breakfast buffet included, and the location is convenient and a clean area with a Target Superstore within walking distance.”

• Hotel staff was extremely friendly, and provided us with two non smoking rooms that were adjacent to each other.
• They had no rooms with 2 queen beds. Every room was a king with a pull out couch.

“We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn as it was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially the fun gals that prepared such a delicious breakfast every morning. We had a comfortable three day stay, and will definitely stay here again.”

“I was surprised by the amenities from free high speed internet, free Wall Street Journal, free breakfast, to a complete kitchen with room service doing the dishes. Marriott is an excellent hotel chain and I very much enjoyed my first visit to a Marriott Residence Inn. You called it '2.5 stars' and the rating was definitely deserved The decor was also far more modern and stylish than other chains (Best Western for instance)”
