• The Casita suite was spectacular. The bathroom was the best! The staff was very courteous. Location superb! The food upscale and delicious!
• My air conditioner did not work.

“The Fairmont was the upscale hotel I was looking for after 2 days at the south rim of the Grand Canyon. I felt safe on the grounds. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms were beyond expectation, especially the bathroom. The food was 5 star dining. The beds were very comfortable.”

• Everything was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the fire pits-they were an added bonus.
• We went to the hot tub at one of the pool areas (south pool, I believe) and water wasn't hot.

“This is a beautiful hotel which is close to many restaurants. It is also close to the freeway, which makes it easier to get to other parts of town. All employees were very friendly-maintenance workers always had a good morning.”

• Luxurious comfort without being pretentious. An evening swim in the Casita swimming pool and hot tub was simply spectacular.
• The heating/cooling system needs upgrading.

“Our stay at the Fairmont Princess in Scottsdale Arizona was lovely. Service was prompt and cordial. Each time I rang the front desk I received a response beginning with my name. The room was luxurious yet comfortable and low key. You must have a meal at the Grill!”

• I loved how there is a separate pool for younger and had a very relaxed atmosphere for the parents.
• Can't think of anything off hand.

• The concierge service was outstanding and the facility was in excellent condition.
• The charge of $23 per day for valet service was not good.

“We found the hotel's concierge service outstanding. They provided answers to every request even including sewing a button on a favorite pair of shorts and having the shorts pressed and delivered to our room. The room was spacious and immaculate and the view from our terrace was very nice.”

• Customer Service was exceptional.
• Room had some needed repairs.

• They upgraded my room to a deluxe king and it was awesome.
• It was a little far a way from my destination but not the hotels fault.

“Great service and great rooms. The only complaint was the Saltillo tile floors in the hallway were noisy when someone was rolling their bag down the hall.”
