• Great location, clean, simple.
• Business center printer wouldn't work; staff didn't take an interest in fixing this.

“I would stay there again. Great for going to the college. Shuttle saves a lot of money going on and off campus. Clean, simple. Have laundry facilities also. Breakfast okay. Good coffee.”

• Conveniently located right near the AS campus.
• Real pricy for a Comfort inn.

“The hotel is very close to the AS campus which suited my needs, and the breakfast was good.”

• The rooms were clean and had what you needed. I was upgraded to a suite and had plenty of room.
• The bedspread was starting to look aged. In the morning I could easily hear others in the hotel.

“This hotel is within a 15 minute walk to asu campus, which is why I stayed there. It was clean and did the job. They did not provide a shuttle to the airport as some of the other hotels in the area did.”

• The room was very adequate and location fit our needs.
• Really did not like the fact that there were lots of students in the halls/elevator on check-in.

“Clean, convenient, functional. Some asu college students living full-time at this hotel, or so it seemed.”

• It was consternation out side the hotel to much noise.
