• It was clean and comfortable.
• The pool was in need of someone to fetch out all the debris that blows into it.

“This hotel was excellent! Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff stayed very busy keeping the breakfast bar stocked and moving, cleaning tables off for the next diners, etc. They were very friendly yet professional with the guests. We would love to stay at this hotel again.”

• Location, nice 42" TV, comfortable mini-suite.
• We liked it all.

• Loved the decor. Free WiFi. Free continental breakfast.
• Poor workout facilities. No Jacuzzi. Cold pool.

“The location and decor of the hotel exceeded my expectations. It is all suites, and the crib for my baby was perfect. Free WiFi was a major plus. Poor workout facility options, pool was cold (which should normally be ok in AZ. Just not the weekend we went). Would have liked a Jacuzzi. Loved continental breakfast.”

• The friendliness of the staff.
• The parking area was confusing on arrival.

“Enjoyed the layout of the room and the proximity of Old Town Scottsdale. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Phoenix/Scottsdale. The free Internet is an added bonus.”

• Very nice, clean, quiet and attractive.
• Very poor parking. A lot of night life in the general vicinity makes the neighboring areas very crowded
