• Rooms are excellent with wifi connectivity, comfy beds and clean bathroom.
• It's too far from airport (like 26 miles or so) and from the downtown area (about 18 miles).

• The kitchen!
• I didn't see the sign on entrance. But, it's not a problem.

• Good location, quiet rooms, great breakfast.

“Interior corridors and quiet rooms. Location was convenient for restaurants and shopping. We had a great full breakfast buffet. The staff we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and the room very clean.”

• It is a clean and updated facility.
• When you go for breakfast at 8:55 am, some breakfast items are gone and will not be brought for you.

• Very roomy, got more then I thought I would.
• TV too inconvienient to watch from bed.

“They need to change the picture of the room on their description page. Very misleading, the room is far larger than the picture would make you think. Although the hotel didn't have a bar or restaurant, there were many near by, even within walking distance. My only dislike of the room was the way the TV was situated, it was more in the couch are and hard to see from the bed. Other than that, it was a great room and great hotel, I'd stay there again.”

• It more than met my needs and expectations.
• There was nothing not to like.

“This is a lovely place to stay in north Scottsdale. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, the wife worked beautifully and it provided a lovely place to spend the night when I was in the area visiting family. It has a pool, but I never went to look at it. There was free breakfast every morning and a coffee pot, microwave and small refrigerator in the room. All of the staff was pleasant and helpful.”

• The layout of the room great-bed comfort great lots of pillows-every need met promptly.
• This was a long drive from our place of business; however the comfort more than made up for this.

“We were in town for a 5 day show, and were delighted with our room. Microwave & frig worked great, deluxe bed and lots of pillows. We had the whirlpool to our selves and the free breakfast was great. All you could hope for and more.”

“This hotel was in an excellent location in Scottsdale, convenient to most everything. It was extremely clean. The free breakfast was incredible, eggs, sausage, waffles, juices, cereals, breads, yogurt, oatmeal. Great value.”

• The free breakfast was great, lots of choices and more than just a bagel.
• We requested non-smoking and they put us in a smoking room the first night without saying anything.

“My first impression was not good our flight was delayed and we did not arrive until 2:00 a.m. We had to bang on the door and ring the bell repeatedly before anyone came to let us in. They then put us in a smoking room though we specifically asked for non-smoking. Luckily the next day they were wonderful about switching rooms. The hotel was clean and well kept, the pool was nice and the continental breakfast was one of the best I have had. So the final impression is a positive one.”

• Very clean and attractive for a 2.5 star. Very good breakfast and friendly check-in.
• North Scottsdale means Very north! Not as convenient as we had hoped, but it was fine anyway.

“Very clean and attractive. Breakfast was good and front staff was friendly. It was not as conveniently located as we had hoped (very north Scottsdale), but we would not hesitate to stay at this hotel or another in the chain again.”

• Location.
• Cramped room within convenient flimsy closet and the worst quality towels possible.

“I believe they gave us a portion of a suite which did not fit my request for the hotel. It was cramped and poorly laid out. I would never stay here again. Also, the first night they did not have a room and we had to go to another hotel more than 10 minutes away for the first night. ”

• Very convenient accommodations. The breakfast was exceptional. Liked having access to the internet.
• Hotel was not clearly marked from Scottsdale Road. We drove past on the first try. Street numbers are not too visible especially at night.

“Hotel is clean and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Suite provides a nice home environment with necessary appliances to accommodate all needs. Bedding is very comfortable and staff goes the extra mile to please the residents. Breakfast is outstanding with a wide variety to please everyone. Pool area is not large but clean and well attended. Would recommend better signage to mark the location. Since the hotel sits back off the main road, it is hard to see from the highway. Would love to return.”

• The amenities were wonderful and came in handy.
• Was a little far from the airport but definitely worth the ride.

• Handicapped shower difficult to use.
