• The room was clean and attractive.
• Soccer tournament-many loud kids running through corridors all weekend day & night.

“The room was very nice. The view of the pool was pleasant. Not enough staff to clean tables on Sunday breakfast. Free breakfast was also nice.”

• Very convenient and nice - Great breakfast.
• Wi-Fi charge in all area's.

“The hotel was very nice and convenient but the charge per day is rather excessive when I can go to motel 6 in most places and get it for free. Breakfast was great though.”

• No problems, very good experience.

• Spacious.
• Location not near ASU.

“Hotel listed in ASU-Tempe but was not walking distance. Nothing close to hotel so required rental car. Breakfast is free but not very good food.”

• Size of the room as well as the overall setup of hotel.
• The walls were a bit thin - I could hear the room next door flushing the toilet and using the shower.

“This was a great hotel, the rooms were very large, and very clean as was the bathroom. It had a free breakfast which was very good. The staff was very nice and helpful.”

• Quiet, secure, spacious rooms, extra sitting room was great for a morning person like me.
• I had to pay extra for internet service.

“The hotel was well laid out and the room was spacious. We had a sitting room adjacent to the Bedroom. This was very nice because I always get up early to catch up on my work; and my daughter likes to sleep till noon. So, I was able to work on my laptop, drink coffee and watch TV without disturbing her. It was a very secure hotel. They had a great Mexican Restaurant which we went to for dinner (twice). They had a great menu. In the hotel lobby you could print out your boarding passes for flights. The staff was very accommodating. I needed directions to find the University and the Airport, and they already had preprinted directions to give out. The room was clean, and it looked brand new. The covers and linens appeared new also. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

• Continental breakfast (free) was a nice addition to our stay.
• Area used for breakfast was crowded.

• The Comp Breakfast was outstanding.
• Wireless internet connection was very poor.

“This is an older property which has been very well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are very comfortable and well furnished.”

• Cook to order breakfast was very nice.
• Charging for Internet and it didn't work well.

“Until they get the Internet connection fixed and eliminate the separate charge for it, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for any business traveler.”

• Suite w/couch, table, TV, refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee, good mattress.
• Poor staff performance, poor linen, relatively small TV w/poor selection, not "cushy" for a romantic get-away.

“Not -star upscale quality. Not for a romantic get-a-way. Probably good for a family on vacation or business traveler if you have money to burn. It took hours to get more thin blankets. You do get the convenience of a suite with refrigerator and microwave. They have updated the curtains & wallpaper but that's it.”

• The staff is so friendly and helpful!
• Foot access to other restaurants.

“I love this place! I have stayed here 4 times and every time it is wonderful. Clean rooms, great breakfast every morning, love the staff, pick up at airport. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay.”

• Quiet and very clean with an excellent decor.
• Check in Time in extremely late. Pool area very small for such a large Hotel.

“My wife and I stayed at the Embassy Suites for one-night in order to attend a grand-opening Party (Devil's Annex) of a close friend located on the ASU campus. Out side of the extremely late check-in time and a very small pool. All was great and worth the price. Staff is very nice and friendly.”

• The cleaning crew was very thorough! We stayed for two nights and on day 2 it seemed as though they cleaned everything!
• There isn't anything I did not like

“Very clean room and bathroom. Large being a suite. Noisy outside of room. Could hear noise in the outdoor hallway all the way from the bedroom which was through the living room. That is my only complaint. I will be going to further events in Phoenix and hope that Embassy Suites is available. I would very much like to stay here again. I will leave the air on to muffle outside noise. Very nice made to order complimentary breakfast.”
