• Is very clean.
• Park zone is very difficult, and it doesn't have refrigerator.

  extremely helpful in advice.
• Seemed a little raggedy.

• Used this hotel due to its proximity to papago softball fields where our weekend tournament was located.
• New high rise construction within two hundred feet of hotel.

used the hotel due to its proximity to papago park where we were playing in a weekend softball tournament. The hotel was clean and comfortable
I wanted to use the outdoor spa after playing 4 games on a saturday afternoon. However, it was under repair, the desk manager offered me a room with spa as a substitute and this accomodated my needs nicely.”

• Outdoor spaces and balcony off the room.
• Breakfast was too expensive, didn't buy it.

“This hotel was perfect for our stay near campus and hang out space with our college age daughter and friends. We enjoyed a dinner, she brought at a patio table in the evening. It was perfect.”

• I liked the double windows, they kept the noise of the train out fairly well.
• No complaints.

“I enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard Marriott. Hotel staff was courteous and the room. The surrounding area was clean and nicely landscaped.”

• Location.
• There was something spilled on the floor and the carpet was sticky and grossed me out.

“Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean. The bed was comfortable and you could select the temp of the room with a thermostat instead of the old school ones where you turn the dial and either freeze or roast.”

• Great location, can walk to Downtown Tempe, nice western furniture.
• Ice machine too far from room, next to gym.

• We needed a crib, and it was delivered before we even put down our suitcases.
• Everything was great. No problems or anything like that.

“The hotel was very quiet. We were told that the room would be across from a bar and it might be noisy. It was not noisy. We had very comfortable beds and the room was very cool and nice since it was so hot outside. Thanks”

• It is very close to shopping and restaurants
• It is situation right next to a train track and the horn blows all night

“The hotel is great and for the most part, the location is fantastic. However the fact that a train runs right next to the hotel and blows it's horn all night long makes it impossible to sleep.”
