• Kitchen, popcorn, quiet, good beds location.
• Local phone charge.

“This is a great home away from home. Good hot breakfast, WIFI, popcorn and a movie, a clean, spacious, quiet place to sleep w/easy access to the freeway. Good shopping across the road. Even the parking is close to the room. Very nice.”

• room size was excellent not boxy
• The trees in the lot were messy and covered my car

“I would stay here again if called for. Staff was pleasant and easy to work with. Rooms were spacious and the price was great. They need to be more careful as to their plantings. My car was covered with seeds etc. forcing me to the carwash prior to my attending to my business.”

• i am unable to think of anything at all, it was a superb facility.

“From the moment that we entered the door, we received service which I would expect to find in the finest hotels. The staff was not only friendly and helpful, but actually smiled and left the impression that their single function was to insure our satisfaction. The room was far superior to some 5 star facilities which I have stayed in. Without question, the best experience we have encountered at any hotel in some time.”

• We found the room clean at all times. Breakfast very good.
• First night there was a party - in the halls above us - until 3:00am.

“This is one great hotel. More like a small apartment with EVERYTHING the business traveler could want. Garbage disposal, full size fridge - just wonderful! Right across the street from Arizona Mills shopping center and some great restaurants. Can't recommend this too highly! Wonderful staff and breakfast was way beyond expectations!!!”

“We have stayed at this hotel before and it is wonderful. The downside which I see happening more and more frequently is the noise from the people above us. It started about 1 AM and went on to about 5 AM. It sounded like they were throwing weights around the room. They were definitely pacing as the sounds came from the kitchen area, the living area and the bedroom area. We called the front desk and they said they would take care of it. I don't know if they did or the person just exhausted themselves and slept for a few hours. The same intense pacing and banging began again around 8AM and continued till we left at 11 AM.”

“for a 2 and 1/2 star hotel I was major impressed....very clean and so much room it could have been considered and apt studio--but much larger. I would have liked to have spent time at the pool but the lights were so bright that it felt like I was on stage at some major Broadway production. I definitely would stay at this location again if given the option!!”
