• The room was spacious comfortable and clean.
• The computers were in the lobby with no privacy.

“The rooms are spacious and comfortable with lots of stoarage for belongings; just like home. There are 2 restaurants that offer a variety of delicious options with excellent service. Location is great as it is close to the airport and close to I-10 for easy access to wherever you want to go.”

• Room and bathroom were very nice.
• We were locked out of our room 3 times in 2 days.

“Very nice from the looks of the rooms and lobby as well as friendly staff, but not organized. Had to call 5 times to front desk to get an Internet signal and locked out of our room 3times in 2 days. I will not stay here again. The Hyatt place is my normal choice and I'm definitely going back to the Hyatt.”

• Great restaurant/bar. Comfortable beds.
• Poor Cafe service. Needs more sound-proofing. Pricey internet connection.

“The room was comfortable, clean, updated. The rooms do need better sound proofing. The restaurant Fire and Spice was excellent. The cafe service was not - would not recommend the cafe for breakfast. Location was convenient. Surprised at the $9.95 internet daily cost. Pool was too cold to enter.”

• The rooms were very nice and spacious.

“This hotel was very nice and worked perfectly for my weekend trip. Room was next to the gift shop and elevator. It was late night so I accepted, the next morning it was pretty noisy, but I asked to change rooms and they were very accommodating and switched to a much quieter room.”

• Close to diabolic stadium and staff was very friendly.
• Bed was ok.

“The hotel is close to nearby college and diabolic stadium. Although seems to be a bit older hotel is quite clean, the bed was ok. I have slight back problem and am always needing a good quality bed. This was not the worst bed but it was not a Westin hotel bed.”

• Had great pillows and a comfortable bed. Loved spa and pool.
• This hotel wasn't bad, but it had a very old style look to it. Had a great face paint job.

“It really looked good on the outside, but it turns out to be a very old motel that was refurbished. Very comforable bed. It is more of a buisness hotel. We went for a romantic get away. The receptionist was very helpful in helping us find our way around the area.”

“This hotel struck me as being old but renovated a few years ago. Granite countertops in the bathroom were nice. Bed was comfortable. It was nice but I preferred the Radisson where we stayed last time.”

• Great rooms and beds. Loved the balconies.
• Slow internet in business center, location was just ok

for the price. The rooms were remodeled and very comfortable, and the balconies off the rooms were great - especially overlooking the pool! There wasn't much within walking distance, but it was just a few minutes drive to the lively spots in Tempe.”

• I was extremely convenient to a huge shopping/dining complex and the airport.
• The air-conditioning unit was an older model, so a bit noisy.

“This hotel was very convenient to all major roads and about 3 miles from a huge shopping and dining and entertainment complex. The staff was incredibly friendly and greeted me every time I entered or left the building. The room was clean and beds were fine. You'll want to have a rental car because there isn't much of anything you can walk to right near the hotel.”

• It was very clean in spite of the construction was going on it the lobby.
• I can't really think of anything I didn't like maybe would wish for a larger bathtub.

“They were undergoing some remodeling in the lobby but every effort was made to be sure you were away from the noise and my room was quiet and comfortable and clean. The hotel is close to all sorts of things entertainment and shopping are within a few blocks. I ordered room service which was very quick and the food was excellent.”

• No door between the bathroom and toilet.

“Nice hotel with very friendly service. The parking is limited and very far from the rooms. Love the pool area, although the pool has no area for younger kids who can not yet swim. The other pool does, but it was too far from the room to walk. The room was very clean and had a great view of the golf course. Work-out room open for 24 hours was a great plus. I would recommend this resort hotel for anyone who is staying in north Tucson.”

• The faculty was absolutely amazing and went out of their way to meet a number of my requests.
• At the time, the movie ordering system via their television was not working properly.

• The maids make too much noise slamming doors.

“When I complained about the door slamming it stopped that day I asked if staff would make sure it wouldn't happen the following day it did. I work graveyard hours and sleep during their cleaning times.”

• The manager and desk were absolutely the best.
• You feel a little on display in the restaurant.

“This hotel has an unbelievable restaurant. The food was amazing. The staff was more than helpful, going the extra mile to bring us information rather than just telling us. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and a good location. It was quiet and clean. The pool area was beautiful. They truly lived up to the image I have for a Sheraton!”

“The hotel in general was fine. My room was by the pool pump, so the deck was noisy. Restaurant was nice, food was good and reasonable. Not much in the area immediately surrounding hotel, but about 3 miles from Tempe. Gym was small, good equipment, poor ventilation. Beds were very comfortable, all in all, I enjoyed my stay.”

• I had an terrible stay all around for a Sheraton. I was disappointed.

“I would not recommend this hotel. If you were to stay, I would tell you to call and see what events are going on at the hotel first. I'm not sure if that would make any difference or not. For a Sheraton Hotel, it was disappointing.”

• Friendly staff and located right off the highway.
• Could never get hot water, had to pay for internet that I got for free at the Super 8 just down the road.

“The room and view of the pool area I had were nice and if I would have been able to get more than 3 seconds of hot water my stay would have been way more enjoyable. Also supposedly they have LCD TVs in the rooms but I could never locate mine just a tiny CRT TV.”

• Wished it had a better shower, 2nd nights service very poor.

“The property itself was excellent. The recent remodel was done very well. The lobby and common areas seemed very modern and spacious. The location was easy to find and has excellent access to everything in the Phoenix area. Check in was outstanding. There was one person in front of me, the clerk apologized for the wait and offered me a bottle of water while I waited. The front desk staff was unbelievably helpful during check in and helped me find some activities I was planning for the weekend. The room was spacious, had an excellent balcony for relaxing and taking in the sunshine. TV was a flat panel with good options for stations. The Bed was second to none; comfy pillows and all. The second nights service was very poor. The front desk did not pick up the phone until the 3rd try, and even then they were rude. I was calling to get the password to purchase another nights Wi-Fi service. Had room service again that night. They did not bring all of my order that I was charged for, I had to call three times to get them to bring it to me and they were rude everytime I called. Other than that one night it was a fantastic stay at a fantasti property.”
