• Early check-in, allowed to check out late.
• Didn't tell me to sign late-check out paper and deactivated my room key with my luggage still inside room.

“Staff was stoic. I returned from my excursion only to find my room key deactivated with my luggage still inside. The receptionist re-activated it as soon as I signed for the extra hours for late check-out, but I felt untrusted and violated by being locked out of my room with my belongings inside. Room was dirty on vanity, free internet but worn-down room.”

• The staff accommodated me to stay an extra day.
• Need iron and iron board in the room.

“Great for students who are on a budget. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Will use them again for couple more trips.”

• The indoor pool area and hot tub was in a beautiful setting that we relaxed in the evening.
• I left some clothing in a drawer and called the next day and they don't have them.

• They provided a shower next door!
• Not much, bath was not working, ceiling leaked, etc.

• Beds were comfortable.
• I went to eat breakfast and the women rudely told me breakfast was over at nine it was 8:30.

“It was fine and clean. I was comfortable staying there with my family.”

• Staff and inside pool.
• Had problems with first room, but was moved promptly.

• Dutiful environment large swimming pool.
• Hot tub was little small.

“This is the best hotel ever I stay has largest swimming pool people are very help full in front desk clean room good location fill like home away from home.”

• Swimming pool is huge and clean (water is not salty from children's urine).
• Overrun with staff-protected drug dealers.

“If you want to buy crack, the Days Inn Ogden is the place to be. Good luck trying to get to sleep. Right outside your room will be crack deals a-plenty. Your phone will be off the hook with mis-directed calls from drug buyers who couldn't remember their dealer's room number.”

• The hotel staff was decent when we demanded our money back.
• It was dirty, the room was 95 degrees and people were physically fighting between rooms!

“This hotel was a severe disappointment. I appreciate that they refunded our money, but for the money it was a terrible deal. I don't think it deserves one star. I will never stay at a Days Inn after this experience.”

• Breakfast was a good variety, poolside room.
• People decide to swim at 1 and 3 in the morning, no fruit offered at breakfast.

“Clean well kept. weird location of the beaten path and kind of hard to find. Good value for the money.”

• Clean sheets.
• Inefficient and rude staff at front desk, torn curtains, dirty sink, did not get non-smoking room I paid for.

“I paid $10.00 extra for a non-smoking room. Then I called 3 days ahead to make sure I got a handicap-friendly room. The first lady I talked to did not speak enough English to understand me so she gave the phone to someone else and I was assured I would get the room I needed. When I checked in, I was told my room was on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. When I told them I was unable to walk stairs and needed a room on the first floor, I was told all that was left on the first floor were smoking rooms. Even though I am very allergic to smoke, I had to take it. When I explained that I paid an extra $10.00 for a non-smoking room, I was told they did not give refunds. When I arrived at the room, I discovered the curtain was torn and wouldn't close. I safety-pinned the curtain closed. There were cigarette ashes in the sink that I had to wash down. I have told everyone including the business associated I had a meeting with about my experience at this hotel.”
