• Very convenient to the airport and nice to have Denny's right next door.
• Could have used a refrigerator in the room.

• Inexpensive, fine for one night stays.
• Continental breakfast was substandard.

“We stayed here as the first night of a long trip through Arizona. Got in very late because of a three hour flight delay and found the room small, but clean. It was inexpensive and perfectly fine for a single night stay. The breakfast selection was very limited, three cereal types and some white bread for toast.”

• Location is a little hidden from the road.

• My overall experience was good. Very clean and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
• Had a hard time finding it. Needs a huge sign way high visible for quite a distance from highway.

“My overnight stay was overall satisfactory. Would recommend. Clean, quiet, and very friendly staff. Very close to airport for early flights out of Phoenix and also close to the Car Rental facility. Would stay there again, when in Phoenix.”

• There could have been more healthful fare for breakfast, i.e. fruit.

• I thought the breakfast that was included was great.
• I got lost getting to the hotel, the front desk was not very helpful or friendly when I arrived.

“The room was great for price paid. If the staff had been a bit more friendly/sympathetic on my arrival I would have been 100% satisfied, but due to the "I don't know what to tell you" attitude, it left me with a bad taste.”

“Very Spartan accommodations with none of the amenities, we might have liked. There was free coffee and breakfast, but we were not interested in these. On the other hand, clean and easy to register and check out.”

• Clean, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, close to airport.
• Housekeeping removed beverages from fridge explained that they "thought that I had checked out" beverages were returned.

“This unit was convenient to the airport and suited my purpose. The only negative detail was when I returned in the early afternoon I found the 4 beers & the 1 soda that I had left in the refrigerator were missing. A call to the front desk & the beer was returned. (The soda was disposed of by the housekeeper & was not replaced).”
