• The rooms were clean and comfortable.
• More amenities such as microwave/fridge in each room.

“The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was attentive and took care of any concerns or problems promptly. The rooms were updated tastefully and the balcony was a nice touch in the room. The room we stayed in was somewhat small but comfortable. The pool and hot tub were always clean with fresh towels available in the swimming area. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would stay here again.”

• Out door pool was great after it cooled down outside.
• The internet didn't work and I was unable to check on things back home.

• Very comfortable & clean. Free high speed internet a HUGE plus.
• The fact that it was in Iowa.

“Great accommodations, comfortable bed and very quiet. Free use of high speed internet was so nice to have. I would stay there again just because of that! Good location. Normal checkout is at Noon and late check out is at 2:00 PM - how nice!”

• Very clean, friendly staff, easy access to freeway.
• My only complaint is that I asked that the TV in the exercise by turned on and it never was, I was there for an hour.

• The staff were all very eager to make us comfortable.
• Breakfast was not included.

“The staff treated us wonderfully. We had trouble with our toilet. They looked at it, decided it was unacceptable, brought us new keys for the bigger room across the hall, and passes for breakfast all in under ten minutes. This is a very lovely hotel.”

• Overall experience was very comfortable. The staff was awesome!
• Did not like fact that they charged $10.00 for breakfast buffet.

“The hotel and staff were excellent. For the price I paid I enjoyed myself very much. The only drawbacks were the view wasn't great, the number of airplanes going over(but near the airport thats to be expected), and the $10.00 charge for breakfast buffet. It was fine for myself considering the price I paid.”

• Can't think of anything we didn't like.

“Nice and clean. Would stay there again. The two young ladies who checked us in late at night were fantastic! Very friendly, competent and totally adorable. Wish I could remember their names. GREAT!!!”

• Totally unacceptable that swimming pool was closed

“In ~115 degree Phoenix heat, it was totally unacceptable that the pool at this hotel was closed. Front desk staff had an opportunity to let me know during check-in. Instead, I had to experience the disappointment of donning a bathing suit & trying to get in with my 6 year old, only to read that pool was closed. Do not check 2 1/2 stars, PHX airport area when making a bid, until this is taken care of.”

“From my first contact by phone, the girl was so helpful. I was picked up at the airport promptly and delivered to a very clean hotel room. I was taken to and from a local restaurant. The entire staff was cordial, and helpful, and it was a truly wonderful experience.”

• Newly renovated, clean, beautiful rooms, pleasant staff, and the price was excellent.
• Only that the Maid knocked on the door before 9:00 a.m. for cleaning.

“Overall an excellent stay. We love using priceline to book hotels especially when our plans are already fixed. The Hotel quality I would rate as excellent. The location was central to my needs, the grounds were well kept, the staff was plenty cordial, and the rooms were great! I would surely stay here again. ”

• I liked their shuttle services. they can take you anywhere in town and pick you up. I liked that the best.

• Location was key for me. I live in Maricopa which is about an hour from the airport. I had a 6am flight and wanted to be sure I made it in time.
• I was in the handicapped room which was fine, but the countertop in the bathroom was TINY. That was all - everything else is great!

• It was in an unsafe neighborhood and my car was broken into.

“This is a wonderful hotel. Although it is not located in the best area. Our car was broken into so please do not leave anything in your car if you will be staying here. The rooms however are beautiful and the staff was very nice.”

• The girl at the desk went out of her way to help us find tennis courts. She also woke us up two diiferent times so we could catch our plane.

• Great rate for an in-season weekend room!
• Problem with TV was given brush-off.

“Good hotel for business travelers. They have a special work area with desk space, fax machine and printer. Convenient location close to airport, downtown and shopping/dining districts. A small 24-hour pantry is on site for late night snacks. Hotel was clean and in a safe area. Very pleased with my hotel rate for a weekend stay!”

• the internet access was working in the original room I was assigned; one of the MASTER keys was left in the original room by mistake

“The hotel accommodations were great. I had to change rooms as the internet access was not operational in the original room. Also, one of the cleaning crew employees apparently left the MASTER key behind in my room. Hopefully it was voided and was not an active key that was left behind.”
