“Close to airport. Fast van service. Good choice of wine, beers and liquors, plus munchies at free cocktail hour. Many cooked to order hot items for breakfast. Muffins, bagels, etc. were better than most. Grounds and pool were very nice for airport hotel.” Mar 10, 2005 by
Wh from Tacoma, WA
“Great family location; generous breakfast and happy hours; clean and well-maintained. Excellent central location -- near but not AT the airport. Easy on- and off-access to the freeway. Near a number of restaurants and shopping.” Feb 28, 2005 by
Sandra from Olympia, WA
“This hotel was under staffed it took over 30 minutes waiting in line to get checked in. Then they couldn't find my reservation immediately, so obviously not an experienced person or their computer system was poor. The room was nice, but I was facing 44th street and did not sleep either night while I was there. This street is so noisy. Their breakfast was okay, but is served outside. I would prefer to have an option, because I get cold real easy.” Feb 16, 2005 by
Nelson from Elk Grove Village, IL
“Excellently located” Jan 31, 2005 by
Robert from Gravois Mills, MO
“Located very near the airport. Very nice cocktail hour and we enjoyed the free breakfast.” Jan 24, 2005 by
Henk from Tucson, AZ
“With all the problems we had for a two night stay, I would not have chosen this particular hotel. There were several Hockey teams staying at the hotel during our stay the young kids were very unruly and had no parent supervision. We complained about the noise, skateboarding on the walkways and the messes that were left. Management was slow to react to the complaints.” Jan 24, 2005 by
John from West Sayville, NY
“I was looking for a 3 star property in the Phoenix area. This Embassy Suites would be a marginal 1.5 star in my opinion. Relative to other hotels I've stayed in within the Phoenix area, this hotel felt and looked cheap.” Jan 18, 2005 by
Michael from Canton, MI “ My sliding door did not work, my TV was not hooked up in the bedroom, and the shower control did not have cold water. It ranged from really warm to buring. It was barely cool enough to shower with out burning yourself. For these reasons I had to have maintenance come to my room three times. The TV in the bedroom disconected after after a few days. After waiting three hours for maintenance I hooked the cable back up myself. Also, one three occasions on different days I called for fans that they offered and never received one. All in all I guess they made sure the quality of my service matched the different price that I paid. ” Hotel Representatives:
