  • Generous free coctail hour. Great cooked to order breakfast.

“Close to airport. Fast van service. Good choice of wine, beers and liquors, plus munchies at free cocktail hour. Many cooked to order hot items for breakfast. Muffins, bagels, etc. were better than most. Grounds and pool were very nice for airport hotel.”

  • Some of the front desk staff were not very tactful or well trained

Overall Rating: 3 User Rating Score: 3
Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[2] • Location:[4]

  • Good location
  • Could not sleep at night because of so much traffic noise, was exhausted both days. Also, took over 30 minutes to check in they are under staffed.

“This hotel was under staffed it took over 30 minutes waiting in line to get checked in. Then they couldn't find my reservation immediately, so obviously not an experienced person or their computer system was poor. The room was nice, but I was facing 44th street and did not sleep either night while I was there. This street is so noisy. Their breakfast was okay, but is served outside. I would prefer to have an option, because I get cold real easy.”

  • The location was great. We had an overnight stay at the airport and the hotel was very handy.
  • Since we didn't have a car there wasn't much in the area to walk to.

“Located very near the airport. Very nice cocktail hour and we enjoyed the free breakfast.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[6] • Location:[8]

  • Free made to order breakfast
  • Requested two double and were give 1 king, moved to 2 double non smoke, had been smoked in, moved back to a king. Skateboarders had rule of Hotel.

“With all the problems we had for a two night stay, I would not have chosen this particular hotel. There were several Hockey teams staying at the hotel during our stay the young kids were very unruly and had no parent supervision. We complained about the noise, skateboarding on the walkways and the messes that were left. Management was slow to react to the complaints.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[9] • Location:[6]

  • Proximity to airport
  • Very bad part of town. Was not a 3-star" property"

“I was looking for a 3 star property in the Phoenix area. This Embassy Suites would be a marginal 1.5 star in my opinion. Relative to other hotels I've stayed in within the Phoenix area, this hotel felt and looked cheap.”

“ My sliding door did not work, my TV was not hooked up in the bedroom, and the shower control did not have cold water. It ranged from really warm to buring. It was barely cool enough to shower with out burning yourself. For these reasons I had to have maintenance come to my room three times. The TV in the bedroom disconected after after a few days. After waiting three hours for maintenance I hooked the cable back up myself. Also, one three occasions on different days I called for fans that they offered and never received one. All in all I guess they made sure the quality of my service matched the different price that I paid. ”
