“We were impressed upon arrival at how beautiful the lobby, restaurant and lounge area were. We were even more impressed with the friendliness of all staff. The rooms were excellent, spacious, clean and well equipped. The continental breakfast was perfect and once again the staff in the restaurant was cheerful and a pleasure to deal with.”

• Manager happy hour! Nice indoor ponds.
• TV remotes we not very good. Ceiling fan went whacko.

“Nice hotel. Excellent steakhouse in hotel. Breakfast was good and tasty. Front desk staff was wonderful and outgoing. Had some issues with A/C and the ceiling fan almost jumped off the ceiling. Other than that, nice location.”

• Nice pool, nice gym, comp. breakfast, separate living and sleeping areas, flat screen TV.
• Popcorn ceilings.

“This is the first time we have stayed in this neighborhood, and it was terrific. There are an abundance of dining choices nearby, and the Biltmore neighborhood in general is a nice place to be. We felt quite comfortable here, and we hope that we'll be able to stay here again.”

“Would highly recommend to family and friends, would consider staying there even at their standard rate. The room was large, well-appointed and very comfortable. The atmosphere in and around the hotel was quite pleasant I really enjoyed the interior layout. The breakfast buffet, free I might add, was more than I expected. The variety of available breakfast items was good and prepared to order.”

• Good room size, great location, excellent breakfast and happy hour.
• Not all elevators worked. Only one computer in the lobby.

“This hotel is conveniently located to exploration of Downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale. The rooms were spacious and clean the facilities pleasing and breakfast was great! We also enjoyed drinks and snacks during the bonus happy hour. Near sites, malls, restaurants.”

• Parking was difficult, albeit (eventually) available. No internet available in rooms.

• There was a very loud neighbor.

• The downstairs area with its vast space, Koi Ponds and Waterfalls was very relaxing and luxurious.
• Although breakfast was included, it wasn't very good-sometimes the coffee was just water, eggs were greasy.

“On the whole I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Biltmore Embassy Suites. The location is unbeatable: beautiful mountain views, right next to the Biltmore Fashion Park and with easy access to Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the freeways. The hotel itself is beautiful, with an airy indoor water garden. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay there again.”

“With our room the following were issues. The front door double lock did not work. The bedroom TV had terrible reception. The refrigerator did not work correctly. The bathroom door handle was not properly secured.”

• The staff were very nice and assisted in addressing our need for a room change. The Breakfast and happy hour were very nice additions.
• Our shower leaked and flooded the bedroom area, had to change rooms. I expected in room internet access to be included particularly for a 4 star hotel.

“Very nice overall visit. The staff were helpful. Internet access should be included in the room rate - this is a standard feature for most hotels, paying $10.00/day for this standard feature was frustrating.”

• Location.
• Two metal stools at the end of each bed- I ran into both and have huge bruises.

“I had a steak and mashed potatoes and the potatoes were COLD and this was at the Omaha Steak Restaurant in the hotel. Prices were quite high, too. At the end of each bed were these black stools made of metal and I ran into both of them on different days. Geez, the pain and then the bruises and the lumps on my leg still hurt.”

“The hotel room had everything I could need while on vacation. All needs were met without me having to say a thing! The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. The concierge also gave great suggestions on where to eat. The next door was great!”

• The morning buffet and omelet line was excellent, great cook and quick.
• I had to ask 3 time, 2 different days, to get the TV and AC fixed. Otherwise excellent SVC.

• The location and the amenities were very good, The overall hotel was fine.
• The cooler in the room and the deadbolt did not work. When reported, no one came to service, as promised. The room was very hot.

“The hotel was very lovely except that some of the customer service was below that level of star hotel. The cooler in my room was not working and when reported no one ever came up to take a look. I had to sleep with the sliding glass door open, but I was on the 4th floor so I felt safe.”

“I enjoyed the stay most definitely, the front desk staff was always friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and spacious, the layout of the hotel is what you would expect in a more expensive five star facility, we will be returning to Embassy Suites as the place of choice to stay.”

• Beautiful atrium! Loved the fish!
• Water in shower went hot to cold.

“Hotel was full of teenagers for some type of sporting event so breakfast was crowded and hotel not doing "cooked to order" as advertised. Tasted good though. Water temp in shower could not be maintained which led to a very short and very cold shower.”

• "Free breakfast" was a bit on the greasy side and no local newspapers.

“Front desk upon arrival very helpful. Staff at bar area used Super bowl the previous week for being tired. Place was very clean and well kept and had wonderful pool area with no one in the water during the two days. Knock is had to walk to coffee shop for newspapers.”

• The hotel was beautiful & very clean. It surpassed my expectations.
• It was pretty fancy, so there was no going outside your room without cleaning up first.

“The hotel is great! Beautiful, lush and very clean. The food at the Omaha Steakhouse (located inside the hotel) was very good! Breakfast was included and cooked to order. We did not have the breakfast as we were sick the whole trip. It would have been nice to pick up some fruit or something and bring it back to the room.”

• There was no heat in the room. We froze and had to bring In blankets from our car.

“They had no heat in this hotel. I know it was Phxbut still we need heat. They sent up a small space heater.”

• I am an athlete that loves to work out and I really liked the fitness room, it just needed a bathroom in it other than that it was great.
• There is nothing we didn't like, we plan on staying there again.

“It was a beautiful hotel, the scenery within the hotel was really nice, and the breakfast was fantastic. There was something for everyone. I liked the 1 PM check out time. I had time to sleep in eat breakfast and workout before leaving. Overall it was a very nice, comfortable and enjoyable experience. Thanks a lot.”
