• Staff was always available for any questions, kept eating area clean and well stocked. Very friendly staff.
• Hallways smelled like smoke. Rooms did not have full curtains.

“Hotel was convenient to airport and downtown area. Lots of eating places around them. Great free breakfast”

• very good breakfast buffet offered with stay
• the parking lot was covered in compacted snow and ice

“Great place to stay, enjoyed both the breakfast buffet and the fact that the pool was open 24hrs. The rooms were very nice and included a mini fridge and coffee and a desk and a 2 seat table.”

• Beds very comfortable.
• Outside appearance.

“Rooms clean and comfortable, well worth staying here, only problem with the outside appearance is that it is very simple and plain, but then again I saw it at night not daytime.”

• Service was terrible, they had no clue. They completely ignored us.

• The swimming pool
• The staff did not know events going on in their town and I was billed twice and they referred me back to you for a credit, when it was their mistake

“If we go to the same event we will not book a room at this hotel”

• Great value for the price. Good room, good service.
• The carpeting in the hallways was rather loud.

“The room was a very good value for the price. The breakfast was also very good. The pool and hot tub were larger than other hotels.”

• Room was clean, location was convenient.
• I had to wait a long time at the front desk both to check in and check out (no staff at the desk) and was double charged.

“The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean. The location was convenient to the highway. It was a little tricky to find because there are two Best Western hotels within 2 blocks of each other, so I started at the wrong one. Not a big deal, but a minor annoyance after 12 hours in the car. I also had to wait for 5 minutes or so for a staff member to arrive at the front desk to check me in or out. Overall, the hotel was very nice, but the staff didn't impress me.”

• Internet service very poor. Very slow!
