• Great location.
• The walls were real thin. Next door was playing a game on TV. Noisy.

• The hotel was very clean.
• We had to check in and check out because we extended one day.

“This is one of the newest hotels in Idaho Falls. It is worth the stay. The staff is very friendly and will do anything to assist the customers.”

• Everything was pretty much summed up in the survey. Very clean and quiet and nice staff.
• Nothing bad to say.

• Clean, new, wonderful continental breakfast!
• Unwilling to put us in a room w/ 2 beds because hotel was booked. Fixed it the 2nd night. Wish pool was larger.

• The front desk service when we arrived was wonderful!
• The pool was cooler than we expected. It would have been nice to have it heated.

• Everything was very clean and nice. Breakfast was excellent.
• The heater in the room was so loud it woke my babies up all night.

“I highly recommend this hotel. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was yummy. The only downers were that the pool was too cold and the hot tub was too hot for my kids. The heater in the room was a little loud, but that was just because we had infants who are used to quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Walking distance to Wal-Mart was a bonus.”

• Neighbors were noisy. One call to the front desk fixed everything!
• No fridge or microwave in room.

“Great new hotel but I wouldn't like it as a business traveler because I like to have a fridge and microwave. Room was comfortable. Linens were nice. Staff was excellent!”

• The staff was very informative and polite any time we dealt with them.
• I can't think of anything.

“When I made reservations I was worried about the other members in my party. Would they like it? Would it be too expensive for some of them? I was informed that when we come back in a year that the Fairfield Inn and suites of Idaho falls will be the place we will stay.”

• Air conditioner/heater did not work.

• New or nearly everything shining and housekeeping was also good.
• We always make a pool a requirement of our hotel selection, but this one was closed.

“A nicely appointed hotel in the heart of the city with good access, and well lighted grounds. The breakfast had a nice selection of hot and cold items in an attractive dining area.”

• The breakfast was great every morning. They also gave out cookies every evening.
• The room was a little small.

“The hotel was conveniently located off the freeway. They treated us great and were friendly. The breakfast was more than just a few items, a lot of variety. They had the fireplace in the lobby going most of the time which was warm and inviting. The topper was the free cookies they served in the evening, yummy.”

• I like that it was clean, fresh, new and smelled great.
• The room was a bit small but not a problem.

“We picked this hotel because of the good reviews on the web plus it is new. I was not disappointed. It was clean, fresh and smelled great which is the most important thing to me. The bedding was very nice, they did not have the usual obnoxious hotel bedspread. The room itself, we had the standard King bed room, was a bit small but it didn't matter because of the cleanliness and brightness. The breakfast was good and the coffee was great! We didn't try the pool. We stayed here during that very cold spell in February and it snowed during the night, we also had our windshield brushed off by Hotel personnel, what a nice touch. I used their complimentary computer area in the lobby, and they definitely had high speed access. I agree the view out the back wasn't the best. There were a couple of restaurants a few blocks away. And the hotel is very accessible to the interstate. ”

• Helpful for an early checkout.

“It was conveniently located to the airport, they were helpful in providing me a breakfast bag since I was checking out too early to take advantage of their continental breakfast. Helpful with items I had forgotten or needed. Would stay there again.”

• The hotel is very clean and attractive. The personnel are professional and friendly.
• The location of the hotel is less than convenient, especially when coming into the city in the evening.

“The hotel is a welcoming place, neat and attractive. The parking lot is lit and attractive on the front of the hotel. Unsure of where we were to park I believe we actually parked in the lot of a fast food hamburger chain! The staff is well trained and courteous. The courtesy breakfast is very adequate if routine.”

• The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was above average.
• The internet port in the room did not work.

“The Fairfield Inn was located just off the interstate and very accessible. During the evening Idaho Falls had a snow storm (4 inches of new snow) and before we were up and out the door, the staff had cleaned off the snow of all the cars, as well as the sidewalks. I don''t think I have ever seen this before.”

“The Fairfield Inn and Suites in Idaho Falls was great! The staff was very nice and very accommodating. We had just a basic room, but it was very clean and everything still smelled new. Just right for our needs. The hotel does have an indoor pool and even on the third floor, we could still smell the chlorine. Not a problem for us, but something to keep in mind for those folks who have allergies or sensitive noses.”
