• the hotel is very clean & comfortable.- It appears to be quite new.
• no real problems noted.

“this is a nice clean hotel. not a lot of frills.the hotels that front the river have more personality. it is close to many restaurants & shopping.”

• The hotel is very clean and attractive. The personnel are professional and friendly.
• The location of the hotel is less than convenient, especially when coming into the city in the evening.

“The hotel is a welcoming place, neat and attractive. The parking lot is lit and attractive on the front of the hotel. Unsure of where we were to park I believe we actually parked in the lot of a fast food hamburger chain! The staff is well trained and courteous. The courtesy breakfast is very adequate if routine.”

• Had to go to the desk and get a new key each day, not flexible with rooms???

• Nice Staff.
• Décor.

“Although the service was good, the bilious (incredibly ugly) decor of this hotel will prevent my staying at any Fairfield Inn again.”

• The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was above average.
• The internet port in the room did not work.

“The Fairfield Inn was located just off the interstate and very accessible. During the evening Idaho Falls had a snow storm (4 inches of new snow) and before we were up and out the door, the staff had cleaned off the snow of all the cars, as well as the sidewalks. I don''t think I have ever seen this before.”

“The Fairfield Inn and Suites in Idaho Falls was great! The staff was very nice and very accommodating. We had just a basic room, but it was very clean and everything still smelled new. Just right for our needs. The hotel does have an indoor pool and even on the third floor, we could still smell the chlorine. Not a problem for us, but something to keep in mind for those folks who have allergies or sensitive noses.”
