• Large rooms, excellent friendly staff.
• I liked it all.

“Beautiful lobby & atrium, large beautiful rooms, two flat screen TV's. Leather couch. Very comfortable. When my breakfast order was delayed, I was provided same at no charge. Parking was very convenient and easy, and cheap. Great place to stay.”

• Friendly staff, atrium setting for gathering and looks.

“This was a beautiful hotel which was clean, has friendly and helpful staff who were willing to accommodate our needs and the atrium setting/lobby was great for relaxing and talking with family and friends. We totally enjoyed our stay.”

• It had all the amenities of any 4 Star hotel.
• Our entry door was not working properly Room 802.

“I would highly recommend staying at the Hilton downtown Phoenix! The beds are super comfortable, the bathroom beats out the Venitian in Vegas and the breakfast is simply delicious. What more can I say? It is awesome!”

• Food was ok and the bed was comfy.
• Staff was not the most friendly or helpful especially at the front desk and restaurant.

“The room was spacious and the hotel overall was fair but for the money and the star rating I was disappointed in the customer service but all in all I might stay there again if the price was a bit better. it is not right next to the airport but it is in close proximity so its ok but not the best I have ever stayed in.”

• Suite sofa was to relax other than on bed; microwave a plus.
• Generally very cool temperature in room.

“Convenient in and out parking (for a modest daily fee). Easy access to copper square and activities but also to other areas in metro phoenix. Not many restaurants within in 3 blocks of hotel.”

“Staff member was rude when telling us to leave pool area, which had closed. Charge for daily wireless internet service. The hotel was located within driving distance of the zoo and other children's activities along with nice restaurants.”

• Construction for light rail on Front Street made for difficult access

• Clean and staffs were more than ready to help you.
• There's a lot of road construction going on around the area.

“This hotel is at least 4 stars if not size, the condition, cleanliness, and hotel staffs are enough to make it a 5 star quality. My husband and I spent 2 nights there for a wedding and it has been a magnificent experience. It's perfect for business travelers. The hotel is quite with a very accessible 24hr parking garage. The location of this hotel is perfect if you're planning to stay in downtown Phoenix. However, during our short visits, there's some major ongoing road constructions right within the hotel premises than becomes somewhat of a hinder.”

• Huge suite, very clean, excellent linens, very comfortable bed, free 2mi radius shuttle.
• Would have preferred an outdoor pool, snack shop hours very limited.

“This hotel exceeded my expectations especially when looking at other reviews. The suite was very clean, modern, excellent sheets, great bed. Staff was very professional and courteous. Was able to take the free shuttle to the ballpark - no problems with availability.”

• Location - shouldn't be in the downtown zone as it just not there!

• The overall appearance and the professionalism of the staff were great. Very relaxing atmosphere and great view everywhere you look.
• I would like to see a complimentary breakfast offered like most hotels do.

“Overall we were pleased with the hotel. This was our second stay and will most definitely continue to stay there in the future.”

• The lounge/restaurant area seemed nice enough.
• Parking, Hospitality Van, & Room selection were poor.

“The hotel was further from our event at the US Airways Arena. The staff said that there was a van that would pick up and drop us off at the event. The drop off was fine, but we had to walk and wait 1 hour for the van to pick us up in downtown Phoenix. The staff was very unsympathetic with the situation and did nothing to help the situation. That experiences in it self made it so that we will not be staying at that hotel again. Not very romantic.”

• Bed was luxuriously comfortable and the room was very quiet.
• No room service before 5 pm and cost for parking.

“Good central location, nice upscale hotel with big 2 room suites. Front desk was efficient and could handle our 2nd night add on without a problem. Front desk was also able to help us with suggestions as to how best to get to a Suns game. The room was clean, plentiful towels and pillows. We would have loved room service for breakfast and was very disappointed that they didn't provide room service before 5 pm.”

• The cleanliness of beds and room. I liked the parking too.
• Suites could be a little bigger.

• Amazing room, The amenities were more than I expected.
• I loved the place! Nothing bad to describe.

“The room was extremely spacious and the bed was the most comfortable to date. Location was perfect for getting around. The folks at the front desk were able to answser any question about the area that I had and even had directions ready for me if I needed them. I cannot say enough about my stay here. You will not be disappointed.”

• I was allergic to unrinsed linens and ended up in hosp.

“Hotel has been great and has been in contact with me regarding my hospitalization. Severe Allergic reaction to sheet that were washed but not rinsed. Location was w/in 3 blocks to Heard Museum which is where I was headed. Parking is convenient and this is an all-around nice hotel. Thanks.”

“The Hilton Suites Downtown Phoenix is a lovely hotel, with rooms surrounding a huge atrium in the middle. The rooms are comfortable and inviting, soothing colors, impeccibly clean. The beds are fantastic, excellent high quality sheets, blankets and pillows, which is a HUGE factor to me. All in all, it was an excellent stay, and I would prefer to stay there every time if possible. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us in a number of ways, also.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, however, we were not treated very well upon check-in. We were not asked about what kind of room we would like (smoking vs. non-smoking), we expected a smoking room because when the reservations were made we were told a non-smoking room would need to be requested. We were not given any map of the hotel, simply pointed to the elevator to find our way along. We had to ask for another room since we were put in a non-smoking room, which they gladly accomodated. Their parking procedures were not explained, so we had to go back to the front desk to ask about parking validation. The accomodations were nice otherwise!”
