“This hotel was a lot better when it was under the Best Western name. No hot water, scaled down breakfast, repairs upstairs and no elevator. Hauled my suitcase upstairs, only to find out that to get to my room, I had to go back downstairs. This was at 3am in the morning after a long airport dealy. I will not return to this hotel. “Don't think this room had been used in a long time. Musty smell. Orange colored water came from both sink and bath faucets when turned on. Breakfast room dirty. Lobby dirty.” Jul 14, 2006 by

“The hotel was easy to see from the freeway, but from Bell Road it's blocked from view by another hotel. You have to turn onto what looks like the freeway on ramp, but is actually the frontage road. I found it a bit weird, but the hotel was pretty full so I guess it's not that hard to figure out. The room we stayed in was an upgraded room and it had a comfortable pillow topped mattresses. We were traveling with 3 kids and the way the hotel is set up we could park really close to our room - makes loading and unloading much easier than inside hallway hotels. We didn't get enough towels for showers and the pool. But after calling the front desk, a maid brought extra shower towels and pool towels to our room within 5 minutes. I was shocked by that considering this is a 2 star motel. Due to the friendly staff and the awesome bed - I would recommend this place.” Apr 19, 2006 by

“For us, the location was very convenient, and continental breakfast was good.” Hotel Representatives:
