• Clean and spacious.
• The breakfast buffet, cost $13 as all it offered were eggs and potatoes, terrible, this make a huge dent in my impression.

• Early check-in. Late check-out. Beddings / Water slide / Cleanliness.

“Palatial ambiance. Clean and well kept. Courteous and friendly staff. Nice Beddings and linens. Nice pool, jacuzzi and poolside bar. Water slide for kids of all ages.”

• Location to business meeting.
• It is to the stage it needs some renovation/repairs.

“No ready bellhop service at the driveway. Lobby looks good. Room in need of maintainence/renovations. They do offer free parking in a park it yourself garage. Do not charge for tea/coffee you make in your room which some hotels are now doing.”

• The rooms were nice, we loved the plasma TV's.
• Bathrooms were a little dated - pink tile not attarctive.

“The hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. There was ample free parking in the parking structure. The lobby and common areas of the hotel were very impressive. There is a large sitting area in the lobby, as well as a business center with computers. There is also a lovely large fountain. The pool and Jacuzzi area was nice. The elevators are a little scary - the doors wouldn't close sometimes and the door opens before it gets to the floor. The rooms were nice. Beds were too firm for our taste, and the pillows were too fluffy. The room had a nice sitting area with couch and coffee table. There was even a balcony. Air conditioner worked very well. They charge for Wi-Fi, which we did not appreciate in a nicer hotel.”

• Great beds. Spacious room. Loved the computer/internet stations.
• It was further outside the city then we had hoped.

“Beautiful lobby, friendly and helpful staff, great jacuzzi. Our room was plenty large enough for three adults. It was nice having tea and coffee in the room. Beautiful fountains and gardens although the exterior looks ready for a fresh coat of paint. Free parking is always a plus!”

• Staff was very helpful making access to business center available.
• Freeway noise.

“Lobby and exterior of hotel was very impressive. Rooms were somewhat dated, and my TV didn't work. Staff was very helpful and I am sure that if I would have requested a change of room because of the TV I would have gotten it. Freeway noise was very noticeable, and would bother light sleepers.

• The friendly and professional staff.
• Room appeared a bit drab.

“The location was perfect for needs and allowed easy access to my meeting sites in Glendale and Scottsdale. As a female traveling alone, I did feel safe due to easy access to parking and well-lit grounds.”

• The bed was just like home, it was wonderful.
• Completely non-smoking, kind of a hassle.

“Very clean, comfortable rooms. Helpful staff. Bottled water and Starbucks coffee in the rooms. Awesome waterslide, the kids loved it!”

• Beautiful hotel for the price.
• Shower needed to be scrubbed.

“Very nice for the price, upscale, the parking was at a premium due to a wedding on a Friday night. The location was great, right off the freeway. The room was nice, overlooked the courtyard with a balcony! The bathroom could have been cleaned better. We needed extra towels and toothbrushes and those were brought up in a timely manner!”

• Reception, cleaning staff, with third-party reservation not receiving what we pay: internet and breakfast.

“Very disappointed. High price but very poor offer: asking extra money for internet, no breakfast included in the Sejour.”

• The outdoor landscaping.

• Parking was not convenient to check in.

• I loved the costumer service, always following up and the gym was fabulous!
• My only complaint was that the food was very average and of course very expensive.

“This hotel was above and beyond my expectations. I was so pleased with the service. Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful and kind. The facilities were perfect. Everything a guest could ask for. I would love to stay again with my family.”

• The bed and linens were excellent.
• No microwave in rooms.

“This hotel was just lovely. It's a perfect location for business, off the freeway, but no freeway sound. The surroundings are gorgeous, tons of trees and plants and water features. Beautiful! The grounds are well maintained, as is the hotel lobby, halls, and rooms. It was very clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets felt soft and new. The four staff members that I dealt with were friendly and helpful. The room-service food was fast and surprisingly delicious for hotel food. I will definitely return!”

• Responsive to problems, comfortable rooms with nice work area on club level.
• 1st room had broken AC, 2nd had problem with Lodge net, 3rd was ok.

“Nice property but getting a little worn, had to move 3 times to get a room where everything worked. Good response from staff though and eventually was moved to Club Level.”

• Breakfast prices more reasonable. They printed out my boarding pass.
• Restaurant lacked a variety of vegetarian options and was too expensive.

“I was deeply frustrated because this hotel was supposed to be located downtown. Instead it was 20 minutes away and near the freeway. The hotel staff were friendly but inexperienced. They couldn't provide restaurant alternatives, delivery menus, or directions to the airport without having to hunt down the one person who might be able to help with my request. Each time it took about 20 minutes to find that person.”

• The hotel was very pretty. The lobby was nice. The rooms were big and very clean.
• The location was crummy for a leisure traveler. It is in a business park, so it would be good for business travelers.

“The hotel restaurant was expensive. The pool was immaculate. There were several weddings there the weekend I went. It is just not really close to anything. The front desk people were not very friendly, but the bell staff was extremely helpful.”

“The Hotel was great for the price, but I had to take 2 points away from the overall due to the staff not letting us know that we would be charged seventy five cents for every local call made.”

• Close to restaurants, plenty of free parking, nice staff
• I was charged from the hotel as well. The elevators really stunk, it smelled as if someone had gotten sick in them.

“Overall, the hotel was great. Neat, clean and professional. I liked that there was free parking in a garage that had security patrol. Pool has great hours.”

“It was an okay Sheraton, nothing special. It was far away from where we wanted to be in Scottsdale but I didn't know the area. Easy to get to off of the highway.”
