• Staff was friendly and helpful.
• 1st assigned room had strong stale tobacco odor.

“When I asked to be assigned another room because of the strong odor in my room, the manager on duty was very helpful. All the staff members were friendly and made me feel welcome.”

• Not clean, not a suite, not willing to accommodate the custom.

• The hotel was very clean, the front desk people called me to ask how I liked the room 10 minutes after checking in which was very nice.

“Great hotel, very clean, great location, nice pool, I had a small refrigerator, micro wave, and coffee maker. I will stay at this hotel for all my trips there to Peoria.”

• Buffet breakfast had great variety and was very good.
• Jacuzzi was broken most of the time we were there, and front desk had no info on it.

“The room was very comfortable, and I enjoyed having a recliner to lounge in. High ceilings made the room feel bigger. The bathroom was spacious and plenty of counter space. The hotel felt like it was geared toward the business traveler (built-in desk, office chair, computer hook-ups), but it was still very nice for the leisure traveler too.”

• The hotel was very clean, and everyone was very nice.
