• The staff was friendly and helpful.
• The rooms were 70's vintage decor – need to be updated. There was some food residue on the table.

“This hotel is adequate, but not impressive. The 70's vintage rooms were in serious need of upgrading. The breakfast was lackluster when compared to other hotels I've stayed out. Would probably look for other options when staying in Cedar City next time.”

• Convient.
• The parking lot is door side of the room. You can here people coming and going. Window A/C loud.

• It was a very busy weekend, but the front desk was very kind and helpful to everyone.
• The lay-out of the room made it hard to see the TV.

“We were upgraded to a canopy suite since he could not place us in a ground - level room since my husband is in a wheel - chair. The big screen rear projection TV was fun. The hotel is built on both sides of the street which was a bit confusing at first. The rooms are older so are most spacious, but could use fresh paint and better decor. It's Utah so there's no in-room coffee pot.”

• Needs remodeling and some updates.

“The motel is older and is in need of some updates and repairs. Staff is friendly when not visiting with other people or doing their homework.”

• Very clean rooms. Courteous staff and a good free breakfast.
• Did not have joining rooms. Although the breakfast was good, the eating area was a tad small.

“My family was just driving through a needed a place to sleep for a night. This Best Western was great for our purpose. Would stay again.”

• The hot tub and pool area was nice, the bed was comfortable.
• The pool was across the street.

• It was clean and great for families.
• The bed could be a little more comfortable.

“It was nice the price, wasn't too bad. The inside pool was fun for the family and the breakfast was good.”

• The Jacuzzi suite is nice, but a bit over priced.
• All queen size beds except in the suites.

“Best Western Towne and Country is a nice place to stay. A bit pricey for age of the property and double queens in all the rooms is annoying. Also, continental breakfast needs to be served until later for late sleepers. Pool water was way too cold.”

• Clean.
• The A/C heater unit, and fridge were very noisy.

“When I was checking out the next morning, the counter person was not very knowledgeable and I finally left him and just left. I later called the manager and cleared up this issue.”

• Front Desk Clerk was rude when asking for help with Breakfast item.

“Great facility and a great value for families.”
