“It was priced quite reasonably, and it was clean. The room we were given was quite a walk.” Aug 26, 2009 by
Sonya from Bainbridge Island,WA
“An excellent value. Everything was good. Didn't like the gallery style layout of the hotel - had to walk a long way and wind our way through 3 corridors to our room. I look for the nearest exit in this situation in case of emergency.” Aug 25, 2009 by
Marsha from Clancy,MT
“My 17 year old daughter and I were in town for a school shopping trip. We enjoyed our room and the pool area, but I don't believe the rooms are worth $130.00 a night.” Aug 25, 2009 by
Liz from Laramie,WY
“Our room faced the atrium and it was quite loud far into the night.” Aug 19, 2009 by
bruce from Three Forks,MT “The hotel was very clean. Recently remodeled. Quiet. Friendly staff.” Aug 17, 2009 by
Margaret from Missoula,MT
“This is a very nice Holiday Inn in a very convenient location right on the river and in the middle of downtown Missoula. It has a great pool & Jacuzzi and a great bar and restaurant.” Aug 13, 2009 by
Greg from Darby,MT
“It was nice, convenient, well priced, my particular room was in a poor location as I noted above, aside from the lights being on all night, there was no access to outdoor ventilation.” Jun 24, 2009 by
Ruth from Spokane,WA
“The locations of this hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. The only downside was not having a window or slider door that opened to the outside rather than to the atrium.” Jun 19, 2009 by
Sharon from Juneau,AK
“The staff at the front desk was exceptional. Room nice and clean with multiple pillows and nice bed.” May 17, 2009 by
Peter from Sacramento,CA
“The grounds are lovely and the restaurant provided reasonably priced variety in ample quantities (the appetizer would have been enough for a dinner).” May 1, 2009 by
Karen Dunfee from Kalispell,MT
“A very pleasant, warm atmosphere. The staff is ready to help and greets you with a warm smile.” Apr 30, 2009 by
Virginia from Thompson Falls,MT
“Very nice staff, very comfy rooms, great location to walk around downtown Missoula, shop, eat. It was romantic and we had a great time.” Nov 12, 2008 by
Liz from Portland,OR
“Very nice!” Sep 2, 2008 by
Derek from Cedar Hills, UT
“The hotel is updated tastefully, is well lit (except for the bathroom in the room), and is easy to get to. It is absolutely 2.5 star. Wireless internet is free and they have a good channel selection on the TV. The bed and the sheets are not as soft as the Hilton chain (Doubletree) that I normally stay in, but they provided 4 pillows on my king bed, so I was able to get reasonably comfortable. The shampoo seemed to be a nice green tea blend, and the lotion had a pleasant smell. I had a hard time getting the face soap to lather into a nice foam, but bath soap worked just fine in the shower. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed staying there. Many times when I stay in smaller cities the name brand hotels are dingy and are old. Thankfully the update on this hotel is done well, the staff is friendly, and I really have no complaints. I would stay here again.” Aug 25, 2008 by
Leslie from Arlington, VA
“This hotel had everything at a good price. Free internet access was so handy, the staff went way beyond what was expected. Always willing to help! It was a perfect location to the downtown, close to the university, river, shopping, and especially near the best ice cream place in town. Was pleasantly surprised.” Aug 14, 2008 by
John from St. Paul, MN
“I had a great stay at this hotel; it's very nice for a Holiday Inn and the downtown location borders a park next to the river. It was renovated within a year and has tastefully styled, large rooms with river views and a 5 story center atrium. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Had dinner at a nice French restaurant, Pearl, a block away.” Jul 31, 2008 by
Judy from Edmonton, AB CA
“Overall it was a pleasant experience.” Jul 30, 2008 by
Alka from Los Angeles, CA
“It is a very nice place with many stores and restaurants in walk able distance. People were very helpful.” Jul 8, 2008 by
Sandra from Oregon City, OR
“We enjoyed a great night sleep, which is just what we needed! We were just passing through and liked it so much we want to return.” Jul 8, 2008 by
Ron from Tracy, CA
“Downtown Missoula has an anchor facility in this handsome motel. While the motel is nothing exceptional its location is, and only the faint of heart would be put off by the normal dilapidation of a 150 yr old town center.” Jul 3, 2008 by
Bob from Great Falls, MT
“Was pleasant stay and nice hot tub and pool area. Would stay again without hesitation. Plenty of parking and clean rooms.” Jul 3, 2008 by
Lane from Anacortes, WA
“Stay was fine.” Jun 27, 2008 by
Tami from Vancouver, WA
“Hotel was great. It had a great location, great staff and the room was very comfortable.” Jun 16, 2008 by
Tina from Babb, MT
“I would strongly recommend this hotel to others. It definitely met our expectations and we would love to stay there again. The rooms were clean and the service was friendly.” Jun 10, 2008 by
Paige from Aberdeen, SD
“Friendly staff; excellent accommodations.” Apr 15, 2008 by
Dawn from Sunol, CA
“We enjoyed our stay overall; the hotel is very modern with minimalist decor and great artwork in the rooms. However, there was a very raucous party in the room above us that lasted until 3 a.m. I called the front desk and the matter was addressed (no more noise). One negative was that my daughter, who is 8, slipped and fell in the bath tub while taking a shower. Her foot slipped on the back edge portion and she sustained some serious bruising on her leg and side.” Mar 27, 2008 by
Christy from Reno, NV
“Upon entering the hotel the attendants were polite and efficient. It was easy to check into and the room was spacious and clean. The desk attendants were helpful to obtaining additional supplies to the room and were polite. The hotel amenities were convenient to use. The check out was also quick and easy.” Jul 8, 2006 by
Roger from Spokane, WA
“Very clean and staff extremely professional. The hot tub not working, the lunge was closed apparently for the holiday, construction in entry and issues with TV.”
