• The location to nearby relatives.
• The cleanliness of our room.

“The toilet ran all night. There was dust on the bed. Our original room was not ready when promised twice.”

• Warm cookies when we checked in!
• Swimming pool was cold!

• Nice people at front desk.
• Dust under the TV and microwave.

“The hotel was nice. The people who work there are very friendly, and they have breakfast in the morning. The only thing that bothered me was that they don't dust under the TV or microwave, at least in my room and the refrigerator was noisy enough for us to have to unplug it. The rest of the room and the bathroom were nice and clean though. I would stay there again.”

• Location and cost.
• Breakfast room filthy.

“Hotel location is convenient, rooms comfortable and clean. Hotel is not capable of allowing more than 10 rooms at a time to use the in room movies. This is less than 10% of the hotel rooms! Staff continually told my family to "try back later" for hours, that their "system does not allow more than 10 rooms to access this system. We changed hotels after two nights of this.”

• Nice staff.
• Styrofoam plates, bowls, cups - yikes!

“Good hotel overall but the Styrofoam for dinnerware at breakfast has to go. It is bad for the environment and awful to drink coffee out of. Come on guys get a clue. This is supposed to be an environmentally sound area - right?”

• Very clean rooms.
• Too close to freeway, couldn't open window for fresh air because of noise.

“Clean suite, counter staff friendly, breakfast good with lots of choices. The only complaint was the sofa sleeper was terrible. The mattress was so thin that the springs could be felt.”
