- Friendly people.
- Not for non-smokers.
“The help desk said they would cancel my credit card payment, and they didn't. I wanted a non-smoking room, and the room reeked of smoke. There were people constantly slamming doors into the night, I complained, but nothing was done, and there was a 100% guarantee or money back, but was never offered even after I told all this to the manager.”
