• Front desk clerk was friendly.
• Filthy, smoke smell horrible, poor bed.

“Decent location, fairly close to the airport, but the facilities are not maintained. Hot tub was out of order, room was filthy, entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke, our room was worse. Handles on sink were sticky and dirty. This was the worst hotel experience that my wife and I ever had, and we travel a lot. Spend the extra money and stay at a comfortable hotel.”

• It is very convenient to I-90.
• The room was dated.

“This is a no-frills minimalist hotel. While the room was pretty clean and the beds were comfortable, the hotel rooms and bathrooms are antiquated and have not been updated in the last 30 years. There was a continental breakfast of bagels, juice, hot/cold cereal. The hotel is located right by I-90 on the north end of Missoula. It was a great place to stay for a family towing a U-haul trailer and traveling on the interstate, though it would be too far out of town if I were interested in staying in Missoula proper. All-in-all it is not what I am used to in a hotel due to the dated layout of the hotel room and older fixtures and furniture. However, it was clean, cheap, and met our travel needs.”

“This stop was right next to the interstate, next to a Gas Station. No swimming pool, or exercise room, or a lot of TV stations. Just a place to sleep, I guess. There was a casino next door, but we looked in and it looked a little sleazy.”

• The $5 water is ridiculous.

• The dirty conditions of the hotel/ dirty bed sheets and smoke in a non smoking room.

“My room looked like it hadn't been dusted in months. Bed was stained as well as the bed sheets.”

• Trucker motel,

“The only thing good about this place (if you are into it) is the close proximity to Fred's. The bathroom was 5 ft by 5ft including the tub. We could feel the springs in the beds and also hear them.”

• The room was barely adequate and the bed was terribly uncomfortable.

“I was given free coupons to a casion/restaurent next door to the motel. I went there for my free drink and possible casino play after I checked in. The place was a dump, the drink the worst I have ever had and I left after 5 minutes. When I got up the next morning, the bed had been so uncomfortable that I could barely walk. It has been almost a week and my back still hurts.”

• The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
• The hotel was located in a largely vacant commercial development that depressed the surrounding environment.

“The facility was serviceable. The hotel offered no amenities, but the staff was extremely helpful. The surrounding shopping center is largely vacant, forcing guests to travel some distance for food and entertainment. The hotel's restaurants and very basic and service is of a moderate quality.”

• Decent decor for the price and internet access.
• Cleaning staff was very un-professional and the bed was uncomfortable.

“This hotel was not located in Missoula, but on the outskirts. The housekeeping staff was very unprofessional (sitting on beds, watching TV and smoking). The beds weren't very comfortable and the cafe next to the hotel was horrible. On the up side, there was free internet and the front desk staff was helpful and friendly.”

• Inexpensive and close to the highway.
• Air conditioner in the hallway was loud and far too cold.

“For what it is, an inexpensive motel at a truck stop, we were very satisfied. The desk staff was very helpful and pleasant (they gave us free pie coupons!) and the room was clean and what we needed. I would recommend the next-door restaurant, too, as they had yummy food at decent prices.”

• The bathtub was dirty, not cleaned out. See the review.

“The bathtub was dirty and not cleaned out prior to our stay or after the first night of our stay and ended up cleaning it myself. The location is good on and off the freeway. The beds were uncomfortable one was hard and the other really saggy. Noisy, but good for parents with children. Close to a 4b's restaurant which had extremely superior service located across the other side of the freeway. There was a grocery store and restaurant, gambling area close to proximity. Not noisy from outer surrounding areas and little peaceful, you could see the mountains and no city life. However, the noise from the guests was a litter loud. I did not check out the hot tub as we were busy helping my mother-in-law who lives in Missoula. However, this is a good hotel if you have small children and for business or truckers. If we had to save some money I might think about staying again but preferably in the spring, summer as the surroundings are gorgeous.”

“Good value for the money, convenient access. Since it is by a truck stop, I assume a lot of truckers stay there (quite a few were parked in the back lot.) The smell of smoke in the hallway that our non smoking room was at was not good.”

• They ran out of the food at continental breakfast and when I had to stay for an extra day due to weather they charged me the rack rate.

“For the price-line rate I paid it was okay, but I think it is a one-star hotel. They ran out of raisin break every morning, rooms are noisy but people are friendly.”

“We booked the hotel for 2 nights. The beds were so bad and the hotel was over 10 miles out of town so following the 1st night we checked out and went to another hotel. We have been refunded $9.74 for the second night. ”

• What I liked about this hotel is that it was fairly quiet.
• The hotel was located way out of Missoula, no ironing board or iron, and no pool.

“I would not recommend staying at this hotel mainly for the reason that it is located so far out of town. I question whether it is even in the city limits.”

• The Room is very spacious. Extra pillows were provided Great quite Restful.
• Can't think of anything.

“This had an inside entrance. It was raining and stormy the day we arrived and we were able to get all our things in and get settled quickly. It was a very spacious place and when we requested the first floor we were able to get that.”

“This hotel was very clean, comfortable and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and the kids enjoyed the continental breakfast. I would recommend this for anyone wanting an inexpensive and clean, friendly hotel.”

• Our room was clean, and the bathroom was nice.
• My family and I had to walk through a crowd of smoking staff workers at the front door.

“The hotel was nice, but it was at a truck stop about five miles away from Missoula. When I requested a room in the Missoula area, I did not picture having to stay so far from town. Our room was clean and nicely furnished, but the Casino Lounge Liquor Store next door and the group of smoking hotel workers at the front door made the location less than family friendly in this instance.”

“Adequate but have stayed in better for less in Missoula. No deicer on entrances, parking lot, etc. when everything was covered with a layer of ice, accident waiting to happen. Breakfast area in entry way by doors. Staff was very friendly and congenial.”

• The front desk clerk was very nice.
• We were there 5 days and only had maid service2 times.

“The hotel had a strange smell upon entering. We never had a change of bedding in the 5 days stay we paid for one extra day. The bath sink had only 4 on the corners in which to store your hair brush, tooth brush, etc. ”

• It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff and a nice continental breakfast.
• Room on the smallish side. No work out facilities or pool.

• Staff very helpful with location of attractions in the area.
• No coffee makers or iron boards in the rooms. Basic accomadations.

“Staff very helpful. Rooms very clean. Location was good. Only complaint is that I would of liked a coffee maker and iron board in the room. Atmosphere friendly but no pool. Nice place to stay! Dm In MN.”
