• Very attractive outside. Inside had small refrigerator and microwave.
• Walls are too stark, needed decor.

• There was no elevator and I had my 70 year old mother with me.

“It took 2 front office staff to help the 1 customer in front of me, there was no evlevator and I had my 70 year old mother with me to take hers and my luggage up the stairs.”

• I like the location and the amenities.
• I didn't like the wait staff in the bar.

“I was impressed. I wasn't expecting a bar and dinning hall. Very close to London bridge. The women in the bar and dinning area very rude.”

• The staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was very well stocked.
• The air conditioner in the room was very noisy and their was no refrigerator. It was a basic room with two beds and a tv.

“This was an ok hotel. However, the air conditioner in the room was very noisy and the room was a basic room with two beds and a TV. The breakfast was nice. There was quite a few food choices on the breakfast spread. And the tables were clean and well placed. The food looked and tasted good and the food presentation was good.”

• Appeals to fisherman and spring break students.

“Nice folks that run this hotel which is well situated near the Old London Bridge and island. Not a good place to stay in March due to large number of spring break students. Exception (of course) is other spring breakers.”

• Free internet, although signal was weak at times.
• Front desk personnel extremely slow.

“Okay. Wound up staying a few extra days because of illness. It is just depressing to be sick in a hotel room, not the hotel's fault of course.”

• Staff when we arrived.
• Room had a disinfectant type of smell.
