• No grassy area for pet.

• The pool was okay.
• Not as high a star rating as we would have liked.

“There weren't many places to stay in Needles, California. This was as good as we could get.”

• Easy to find, close to exit.
• No Elevators, had to carry our suitcases up outside stairs.

• Nothing.
• Staff was rude, impolite. Did not show courtesy.

“We reached hotel at 12 in the midnight. We had 2 rooms. I was told they have canceled 1 room and that they can only provide 1 room. Later they found that the room was not canceled but the entire episode was horrific!”
