• Convenient location to Hoover Dam.
• The carpet was very dirty. There were ants!

“There were ants on the desk, bathroom floor; they were all over my toiletry bag in the morning. When I report to the staff, all she said was:" Sorry, I've never heard of that." We left a DS Light charger in the room, I called to see if anyone had turned it in, the person answered the phone said he will look for it, but I never heard from him again.”

• Could have been cleaner.

• Room to ride my bike in the parking lot. Big room with balcony.
• Nothing negative to say.

“Great stay with a good view of lake mead from the balcony. Friendly people. Will definitely stay there when Im in town again.”

• Would have liked cross ventilation without having to open the door.

• Rather boring and dull.

“Just your basic "clean room and a place to stay". We looked downtown and saw the Boulder City Hotel looked nice. A Charming, old, and well maintained hotel. We will try it the next time.”

• Front desk personnel were very accommodating.
• Air conditioner was noisy and dogs barking next door was lousy!

“Excellent location overlooking Lake Mead, no restaurant available anywhere nearby, obviously a hotel that is on its way "down" in age, nice personnel and accommodating in all ways, caters to pet owners who disturb other's rest with no help from front desk, washroom floors not cleaned daily during a week's stay. Not a pretty picture, eh?”

• Had a clean comfortable large room, in a location that worked for us.
• Outside entrance to room was not convenient with luggage.

“This hotel provided a large clean comfortable room convenient to the Hoover Dam and the shops and restaurants of Boulder City. The front desk staff was prepared to answer dining out questions. This is not an upscale Best Western, but provides good value for the price. I would recommend it for family and friends.”

• Clean, lures laundry, good view of lake.
• Our air conditioner went out, but we were moved to a room next door immediately.
