• Room is well designed and furnished. Great amenities.
• No hot water! We understand this is an ongoing problem!

“We spent our anniversary here in April 2007. Beautiful location, nice casino (European feeling), enjoyed "the village" immensely. We will return very soon; reminded us of our many trips to Italy. However, the lodging was all we hoped it would be except for the fact that we never had hot water. Apparently this has been a problem (according to other reviews); we do hope it is corrected before we visit again. If not, there are other hotels and you can still enjoy all that the lake resorts have to offer.”

“Terrible to their guests, beware of a Mr. ed Santa Cruz who rents condo's there and also intrawest the management of the condos, no one takes responsibility. None of the r0oms had hot water just as an example. Be very careful paying in advance through vrbo.”

• Beautiful place, great location.
• We loved everything!

“This resort has everything you need and if you would like to venture out of the village to go to the strip or Hoover Dam or shopping, it's location is very convenient. We had an incredible time and the views of the lake and the mountains were outstanding.”
