• The location was good.
• Indoor pool and spa closed-staff was rude-room too small for roll-away bed.

“We were very disappointed in this hotel as Hawthorne claims to be a luxury hotel. The facility was run-down looking and the rooms were small. The indoor pool and spa were closed for an undisclosed number of days for cleaning. Upon check-in we were treated rudely. Checking out the staff was fine.”

• Continental breakfast was the best, area was safety, and hotel was very clean.
• Elevator was to slow.

“Hotel was clean, continental breakfast was exceptional, hotel location was out of heavy traffic, and I would recommend this hotel.”

• Quite, out of the way from hustle and bustle of Las Vegas Comfortable room.
• It could use a little remodeling in the rooms as far as carpet.

“This is a great place to stay for an extended period when working. It is out of the way, you don't have to walk through a casino crowd to get to your room, the casino next door is great place to unwind and the food and prices next door is good.”

• Question over room we were supposed to get.

“The hotel was very nice, clean and friendly staff. There was a question about the room we wanted (even though I called them in advance to make sure we got two queen beds).”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful and also included free local and long distance calls.
• It was 5 miles from the closest freeway.

“The hotel offered more than I expected. The staff was very helpful. I appreciated the "indoor pool" and "Jacuzzi." The hotel is located in a pretty quiet area. I would definitely stay here again.”

• The staff was very friendly and accomodating.
• No business office.

“The hotel is on the south end of Henderson, so it was a 15 20 minute drive each morning toward Vegas and our other destinations. However, it was located near a hospital, major grocery store, about two dozen fast food chains and three major interstate arteries. Overall our room was nice but not fancy, the hotel had about everything we needed, but it could improve on the room used to do the complimentary meals.”

• Morning desk clerk was unfriendly. Breakfast was fair.

“This hotel exceeded my expectations. I was worried after reading reviews on other websites. Those concerns were unfounded. We enjoyed our stay very much!”

“The location was fine, but the rooms were small and did not have the facilities I expected. My family and I had 3 rooms and when I went on the website after paying $100 per night for the room, I could have gotten it for $89 per night. Very disappointed.”
