• The free Internet access and comfy bed and location.

• The courtyard was very well designed and beautiful.
• Nothing.

“The front desk staff at the hotel were very friendly, I would rate them a 10, they are very nice, and seem to truly care about customers. My hotel room was spotless, with a nice deck overlooking the pool/spa/courtyard area which was in great condition and nicely designed. Overall a great hotel, that was better than some of the 4 and 5 star hotels I've stayed at.”

• Single story and access was easy/convenient to room.
• Maid service entered the room at 8:45 am with little notice on checkout day and disturbed us while checkout time is noon. They only knocked once!

• The beds were awesome.
• The cab fare to get there.

“The hotel was fantastic.
My cab fare to the hotel form the airport was almost 30.00 as the shuttle was not running when my flight arrived. This was a big disappointment.”

• The shuttle service made it ok to stay at (strip/airport).
• No shuttle service between 10pm to 10am.

• Even though it is right by the airport, you could not hear the planes and it was close to the Vega strip.
• The parking.

“Great hotel for the business traveler and families. It was great for us because it was comfortable and affordable. It was only about 5 to 10 minutes from the Mandalay Bay,which is where we were headed for the Barret Jackson auto auction, but much cheaper.”

“This was a great value - not far from the airport and offered free shuttle service on a regular basis to the airport and the strip - small but nice exercise room - pool and whirlpool were serviceable - Good breakfast buffet - would be good for families.”

• Facilities were well maintained, especially enjoyed the pool.
• No breakfast included breakfast is an extra expense.

“Located in Henderson which is quite a distance from the Las Vegas strip (approximately 10 miles). Otherwise, the hotel is excellent with many good restaurants nearby.”

• The breakfast buffet was good but not competitive with Las Vegas.
• AC did not work well, The bed was crap, the walls are paper thin.

“If you are not too bothered about staying close to the strip, you could pick this hotel. nothing wrong with the hotel as such, but its a good 7-8 miles away from the strip, where all the action is.”

• The location was great - near the airport & nice rooms.
• No indoor pool. $10.95 for breakfast buffet - not free.

“Check in and out was very quick and easy and the rooms were very nice. It was very convenient to the airport. We stayed there on our arrival night and the night before our subsequent departure. We would definitely stay there again. No free breakfast but the restaurant across the street was wonderful.”

“We enjoyed our experience as I knew what to expect since I have stayed at other Courtyard Marriott's before. I initially tried to get a closer hotel to the airport, but ended up with this hotel. It still worked out fine though.”

• Decently kept up, near many stores, including grocery store where I ate breakfast.
• They charge for local call, no free breakfast, small channel selection on TV.

“I stayed at holiday Inn Express the night before which was far friendlier and a much better value, for half the price. When I complained about lack of amenities the staff member was defensive and I had to ask for a comment card which she gave me with a phony smile.”

• My family and I loved the room and the hotel was beyond our expectations.
• The breakfast was not included with our reservation and it was too expensive for the selection.

• Non-smoking facility! We loved the climate control in the room. We loved the courtyard and pool area.
• No free continental breakfast, no fridge.

“We had a very good overnight experience at this hotel. The whole facility is 100% non-smoking! There was no chance of getting a smoky non-smoking room. The room was clean and well-appointed. Bed was big, sofa had a pull-out with clean linens in the drawer, had extra pillows. It was a hot day and the room was already very cool when we arrived. It had its own thermostat which allowed us to set the temp we wanted, and then it kept it there throughout the stay. The front-desk person was friendly and asked if we had any requests about room location. The courtyard was beautiful, the pool was great. There was on-site breakfast for $11 per person (half that for kids) but that was too pricey for us so we didn't try it. The room was not big, but had vaulted ceilings so it felt very roomy. No fridge or microwave. The internet link worked great. Location is close to the freeway, the Ethel M chocolate factory tour, and lots of restaurants and stores. The kids loved the lounging day-beds out in the courtyard. I did worry that my kids might bother others in the pool because the whole place overlooks the courtyard area, but no one said anything about them.”

• There was a $20 charge which they did not explain to me.

“It is comfortable and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The check-in process is smooth and problem free because they are ready for me when I arrive. I appreciate that the bed has plenty of pillows.”

“This hotel was near the airport as I expected, but I did hear a lot of noise. The good thing is I was too tired and slept anyway. In the morning I found on the dresser, they had a pair of ear plugs for our convenience. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows.”

• All Marriott locations tend to be somewhat pricey, regardless of location and city.

• Rooms small; bathrooms small; walls decor somewhat outdated.

“Nice clean hotel in the heart of green valley. Rooms rather small, no frills bathrooms. Rooms resemble a 2* star hotel, but the lobby and general areas seem like a 2 1/2 - 3*. Free parking was nice.”

“The room is clean, not very spacious. They couldn't give me a room with 2 beds because it was booked through it (although they have plenty of rooms available). I really wish I could get a 2 bed room, but I got a sofa pull-out along with my single bed.”
