  • The staff was very nice. They have in room coffee pot, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
  • The ceiling in the room had fallen down and been poorly repaired.

“It was definitely lower class. The casino was small and was filled with local Mexicans. Felt uncomfortable to us.”

Cleanliness:[4] • Staff:[5] • Location:[4]

  • The employees were very nice they were always helpful.
  • The parking lot was full and very difficult to get in and out.

“It was Vegas every hotel smells of smoke when you walk in. It was a local hang out. The room was fine with great water pressure in the shower. I never had time to gamble or eat on the property. I was in Vegas for racing the room was some where to sleep and I think it was ok for the price.”

  • Absolutely nothing.
  • Torn drapes, carpet tacks exposed at the door, 1" of carpet missing, rude desk attendant 4:45 am fire alarm first night, apparently happens a lot.

“Missing outlet cover1 of carpet missing at the door with tack strip exposed. The room stunk of cigarettes so badly we had to open the window and let in the freeway noise in order to breathe. There was no rollaway for one of our teenagers (boy and girl) and one had to sleep on the floor. The floor was unvacuumed and the maid did not have one on her cart. The security door was broken and anyone wishing to go from the casino could do so without question. The first night we were awakened to a 4:45 am fire alarm and the second night an alarm clock was going off for 1/2 hour and we had to call the front desk to come and turn it off. There was an outlet cover missing but that seems minor compared to the other problems in the room. I cannot believe that Ramada inn has their name on this hotel. What a dump. As we walked down the hallway when it was time to leave, it was apparent that not all of the rooms were quite as shabby as ours. What a sad hotel. I contacted the number in the room and gave my cell phone #, stating that I would like to talk about the condition of the room and ho hum attitude about the fire alarms. I have yet to receive a call.”

  • Close to star bucks.
  • Traffic is bad in the morning getting out of the hotel parking lot.

“Room was generally clean. Had a burned out light bulb on my dresser that I could get replaced. Free wireless internet feature was good for staying in touch with work. Safety door latch was missing. Good access from interstate highway.”

  • Nice people and easy access to the flyways.
  • Carpet doesn't look good.

“I go to Vegas often but this was my first time at this hotel, and one thing I'm sure of is that I'm going back to the Ramada inn. I do recommend this hotel to every one.”

  • It was clean and cheap.
  • My expensive designer jeans were Stolen from my room when we were out on the town.

“Someone with a key to my room who worked at the hotel stole a very expensive pair of jeans. I was deeply disappointed. The room was locked so it had to have been an employee. I will never stay there again.”

  • Close to all the main attractions.
  • Smoking in the casino.

“Over all my stay at the Ramada Inn Las Vegas was fun. I got good service for the price I paid. It was with in convenient distance from the main attractions. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was easy and convenient. Late check in to the Motel was added incentive and added fun to the trip.”

Overall Rating: 5 User Rating Score: 5
Cleanliness:[4] • Staff:[5] • Location:[7]

  • The slot machines still took coins.
  • Was not remodeled as noted - furniture and beds were old and in general the place was run down

“Not the glitzy places advertised. The gift shop was a few things at the counter in the cafe. Place was worn out - not remodeled - on the edge of a run down part of town. Fresh coat of cheap paint on the out side was about all that was new. bedding was very worn - carpet worn and the cafe was unkempt with dirty tables and dirty condiments containers on the tables.”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[7] • Location:[5]

  • Location. It was walking distance to Lincoln Road
  • Walls were very thin. We heard everything that went on in the room next door.

“It was okay, but I really was hoping for a little more.”

Overall Rating: 5 User Rating Score: 5
Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[5] • Location:[6]

  • Relatively quiet once you enter the room.
  • The lobby and casino area had a very heavy stag-net smoky odor.

“One thing that we first noticed is the parking for handicapped was very limited and somewhat narrow which makes it very difficult for a wheelchair bound person to exit without possible damage or dings to the adjacent vehicle. A punch button for handicapped entrance should be installed, for automatic door opening.”
