• I love that the units are individual and no long hallways, free breakfast!

“I have always had good results with priceline and will continue to use them. This property was clean and the grounds were well maintained. The units were individual, no long smelly hallways to walk through. Free breakfast in the am and a frig/kitchen in the room. Can't ask for more!”

• Rooms need to be updated.

• Studio rooms are nice, spacious and well maintained with necessary amenities
• Location. On the strip would be good.

“Nice, friendly, good breakfast and can live in the studio. I would go there if I get work in Las vegas and have to stay there for a short period of couple of weeks.”

“It's rated as 21/2 star. But I would rate this even beyond that. Excellent rooms, very clean and nice ambience. Studio type of apartment with a complete kitchen and utensils for cooking. Nice things about this hotel is it comes with a complimentary internet and breakfast which was of high class. I will surely stay here when I go to Vegas again and will also recommend this to my friends. A complete and satisfactory stay indeed.”

• Breakfast with scrambled eggs and make your own waffles was excellent!
• Locations of some rooms require a long trek & up stairs to access room from parking lot.

• Very clean, comfortable, great bed. Well equipped.
• Twice the staff told a caller that I was not registered at the hotel and this caused me great grief.

“The staff needs to be more conscientious regarding guests receiving their messages. The hotel is very clean, well equipped and comfortable but no iron and ironing board in the room. It was also very quiet. ”

• Their bottled water in the room is like gold - too expensive!

• Spacious rooms and unexpected amenities made it an unanticipated value!
• One staff member -- only one -- was absolutely unresponsive, not even saying he didn't know, when I asked a question about Las Vegas.

• It was spacious and quiet, different from a casino hotel.
• The amenities were less than what was given on the first day.

“Close to beach, not close enough. Rooms are small. Staff not very accommodating. They were charging $4 more for 2 people to take shuttle to airport. Did not know where restaurants we wanted to go to were located.”

• We loved the hot breakfast and light dinner!
• nothing-everything was great!

“This hotel was very accommodating. The price we paid was a steal for a hot breakfast, light dinner, heated pool, and full kitchen in our room. We also loved the secure parking lot and convenient location.”

• Our room was a delightful "suite". The staff and service was surperb.
• Nothing, everything was great.

• Price, location, and complimentary breakfast
• Rooms were older than I was expecting

“This hotel is an excellent value for the price that I paid. Since it's within a 2-minute walk from the monorail, the Vegas Strip is just minutes away. The monorail ride takes about 5 minutes, so it is very convenient for someone looking for a cheap hotel that is still close to all of the action.”

• It had large rooms with kitchen and most importantly free high speed internet access. Also decent amounts for free food.
• There was no roomservice at all nor any other services (baggage, valet etc.)

“Overall it was a good hotel. It was reasonably close to the strips far (Sahara) side and near the monorail to the main strip. It had large rooms especially for the price in an apartment rather than hotel style setting (you go in from the outside rather than in a large hotel complex). Check in and out was easy, the continental breakfast was good if early ending (especially for Vegas 9AM is VERY early, 10:30 would be more reasonable). The selection of free alcohol for the happy hour special was very limited to coors light, or coors light and some rather subpar wine, but better that and nachos free than nothing. I stayed the next night at the Venetian for around four times the price and I actually enjoyed my night at the residence inn more overall and not for lacking on the Venetians part as much as well above expectations accommodations at the Residence Inn.”

• The property is spread out and it was quite a walk from our unit to the pool and breakfast area

“I loved the unit and having a full kitchen was terrific. The bed was nice and soft and VERY comfortable. The pool was warm. There were some amenities that we didnt use like the barbeque grills and the hot tub that was near our unit. ”

• Very private and secluded setting. Couldn't tell I was in the middle of the city.

“This hotel was amazing! Just a block off the strip, but designed in such a way that you felt like you were in a private resort. Trees everywhere to block the lights and sound and fabulous rooms.”

• Excellent housekeeping, and free big breakfast!
• Nothing I disliked...it was all great.

“The hotel was in a perfect location. The room was absolutely gorgeous and even had a full kitchen. Housekeeping went above and beyond (they even tidied up my 2-year-old's toys and arranged them sweetly on the bed pillows!) Our toilet overflowed (our fault) and maintenance was there in an instant to fix it. I really can't say enough good stuff about this hotel. I will absolutely go there again in future.”

• TV channel reception was poor. Had asked for two queen size beds, but got only one queen size + a sofa bed

“Was a good stay, especially since I got a studio instead of a regular hotel room. Was able to use the microwave, oven and fridge which normally is not standard in any hotel room. ”

“As my first time not staying in a large casino property I thought it was better than being at a casino hotel. Parking is near the front door. There''s no elevators or herds of people to maneuver around. It had a larger room with a full kitchen and refrigerator so we could stock up on cold ones and snacks. A complementary breakfast was served, and we were next to the Monorail stop. It''s great alternative to staying at large property.”

“Residence Inn is a wonderful place to stay. The breakfast was very good. Having stayed in many hotels and had many other breakfasts in other hotels, this one I can say had the freshest breakfast and lots of different items to choose from. The room was very comfortable as well.”

“Residence Inn has always been a favorite with us. The employees are above & beyond their expectations; they aim to please. The complimentary breakfast is great (could add some waffles). Always CLEAN & comfy.”
