• Value.
• Very tiny, pushy salesman.

“We stayed in a studio which was very small & cramped, tiny bathroom counter. Hair dryer was not mounted on wall though it was a wall mount unit. No exhaust fan in bathroom so after showers the entire mirror was thick with fog. Coffee machine was well worn and in dire need of replacement. They were testing the fire alarms while we were there - necessary I am sure, but very annoying after 30 minutes and unable to escape the noise in any room. We left after 2 hours. Men in suits were pushy. Can not believe in this day and age these people expect you to sign the dotted line after 90 minutes without looking a contract over and allowing time to think about it. That's the issue, they don't want anyone to think about it because after having time to think it over. Glad to have left to head to the Golden Nugget after our stay. Location on strip was fairy good. Lobby/hallways and common areas very clean and shiny. Close to Golden Steer so that was great!”

• Non smoking and non casino crowded.
• On the Las Vegas strip.

“Hotel was very nice. This was one of three Hilton Grand vacations hotels about 5 miles from the Las Vegas convention center. This is not the one next door to the Las Vegas Hilton, still short drive, located across from Sahara on Las Vegas Blvd.”

• Kid friendly, clean, no gambling, great rooms, spa.
• Short taxi ride to get to heart of strip. Limited food options.

• The hotel was elegant and made me feel special. My husband loved it too.
• I cannot think of anything that I disliked about the Hilton Grand Vacation.

“The hotel was equipped with everything one would need to enjoy themselves away from home, even a laundry. There was a marketplace for shopping and just everything anyone would need. There was also a kitchenette well equipped with each room, including silverware and dishes. What more could you ask?.”

• This hotel is grade for a mini vacation.
• Nothing to said.

“Hotel with out a casino is grade to stay for a vacation. Less people more friendly. I will come back again to this hotel, viva Las Vegas/Hilton grand vacation.”

• Flat screen TV was nice. Liked the fridge, microwave & Toaster.
• The store in the hotel was listed as 24 hours, it was not. Too far from the strip.

• The staff, the cleanliness of the room and the overall experience of the staff with their helpfulness.
• There was nothing I can say I didnt like.

• The pool was awesome.
• The menu was not very impressive.

• No casino. No smoking!
• Check in time and out.

“I really liked the hotel its very nice inside and out the only thing I didn't like was check-in time was 4 p.m. and check-out time was 10 a.m. I only stayed for one day I wasn't in the hotel for 24 hours! That made me kind of upset.”

• Bottled water in rooms and better food options.
• Far from main strip and food options.

“You should stay here!. if you don't mind paying the unfriendly and pushy for a tip taxi drivers 20.00 plus dollars to go to the strip, you should stay here. the food options are limited but the rooms were great! Not a bad place to stay with kids!”

• Everyone at the hotel, the front staff including desk personal and concierge were friendly and courteous.
• The bar staff at the waves pool bar gave the worst service I have ever received, not sense of urgency whatsoever!

“The hotel and its accommodations were above expectations, the rooms were comfortable, the service the we received at the front desk, the people handling taxied and limo service was friendly and helpful. The only downside to the stay was the horrible service we received at the waves pool and bar. The couldn't seem to be bothered to wait on anybody with and sense of urgency nor friendliness. I have received better service at dive bars in salt lake city!”

• Good hotel staff. Nice, quiet location.
• The staff at pool bar was very rude and gave very poor service. Needs hotel shuttle to LV strip?

“The hotel is nice and quite. It is a good place to stay if you want to escape the casino atmosphere of a usual Las Vegas hotel. If you dine or want drinks at the pool-side bar & grill do not expect nice or speedy service. The staff at the pool does not emulate the staff inside the hotel itself. All-in-all a good place to stay.”

• Frig & microwave was convenient.
• We stayed two nights - our room was not cleaned after the 1st night's stay.

“I travel frequently and my room is always cleaned when I stay more than one night. The bed was not made; bathroom was not cleaned nor was the towels picked up.”

• The bed and the flat screen TV.
• Located a little farther away.

“Overall, great hotel for the money, beautiful rooms, comfortable, free Wi-Fi, the weight room was nice and free of charge. Each taxi ride cost me from 10 (Venetian) to 20 (Mandalay Bay) dollars, but everything else was great. Much nicer than the Imperial Palace, but located a little farther down the strip.”

• It was on the strip and much less expensive than the other hotels.
• It was a little too far from the thick of things.

“This hotel is actually part of the Hilton Grand Vacation Club, which is a time share property. The property is still being built on and the location is superb. This property is very clean and the 1 bedroom suite we stayed in had a full kitchen, jacuzzi, king bed and in the living room was a HD wide screen TV. The unit also had a washer and dryer. I would definitely stay there again and am looking forward to what it would look like when it is completely finished. Best of all, the property has NO slot machines, and that on the Las Vegas Strip. Very relaxing indeed.”
