• Semi-close to the strip-could walk a few blocks to get to it.
• Cruddy carpet - Felt as if we had to wear shoes to walk on floor.

“Disappointed in the style of the property. Reminded me of the old motel 6's we stayed at as kids, when the soda and ice machines were outside the building and the neon signs were flickering on and off with the constant buzzing sound. Just reminded me of the 80's.”

• I like all the amenities it had to offer.
• It didnt smell clean.

“This hotel had all the amenities you needed. But theres nothing romantic about it. The sheets and bed smell clean but the room smelled like sweat. Which I didnt like at all.”

“Very noisy. Someone threw up off of the balcony by our room and no one came to clean it up. The next day the seagulls took care of it. I would not stay there again.”

• Easy access in/out, complimentary Wi-Fi access.
• No bottom door strip, dirt blew in, dirty carpet/room, very noisy.

“Do not stay here if you want to get a decent night's rest. Very noisy and disorderly guests. Housekeeping woke us up at 8:30 AM to try and gain access to clean, even when we requested no service until after we checked out. Property offered nothing to appease situation.”

• Price / also did upgrade to non smoking room for free.
• Old and needed remodeling / coffee maker not working.

“As a last minute schedule, it worked fine for me with the price. Staff was friendly and upgraded me to a non smoking room for no extra charge. However, the chair in the room smelled heavily of smoke. Coffee maker did not work properly and tub was very slippery with a curved bottom that made me almost fall. Overall, price was right and room was clean and serviceable.”

• It was clean and had a safe in the room.
• Didn't feel very safe there. Didn't like walking a block to a restaurant alone with two kids.

“Overall it served it's purpose. I would have liked a nonsmoking room and more options for TV viewing that were kid-friendly. They were friendly enough and called me a taxi in the morning when I left because the shuttle service wasn't going until 2 hours after I needed it.”

• Is was a very good location, east to find and get around from there. It was nice to have a little fridge and microwave.
• Was definitely no frills.

“The hotel was great for what we needed, someplace to stop for the night and have a clean and comfortable place to sleep. Would definitely not ever pay the room price listed as regular price! Personally thought it was a little overpriced for what we paid and NEVER worth 299.00 a night!”

• Friendly, Comfortable, basic, convenient, just right.
• Have to walk past a questionable bus stop to get to the strip, bringing us back to the room early each night.

“A dandy little gem. No-nonsense, no frills, just right for recovering from the craziness of the Las Vegas Strip. Wonderful continental breakfast, and beautiful patios to enjoy it on. Convenient to the strip. About a 10-15 minute walk (although there was one bus stop that had at least one "scary" person in it that we had to walk past each night, which brought us back early-is each night). Extremely friendly, down-to-earth staff. Loved the place. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't feel like staying in a Mega hotel/casino/shopping arcade. We're a little homesick for it.”

• Shuttle to airport doesn't start until around 8:30 or so.

• Close to the strip and affordable compared to surrounding hotels and casinos.
• Rooms were small and beds a little uncomfortable.

“Overall it was what you paid for. For the cost it wasn't bad at all. It is a little older but it serves its purpose and wasn't a bad place and it was affordable especially over a weekend.”

“I'd only stay here again in a real pinch. Place is not well maintained, carpets are worn, furniture old, worst mattress I've ever slept on, towels not much better, or thicker than sand paper.”

“Location is great- Close to the Las Vegas strip, yet just far enough away from the congestion of the strip to make using a car practical. Despite close proximity to the airport, airplane noise was hardly noticeable. Clean rooms and friendly staff.”

• I like the fact it had a bed, that was the best part.
• Everything!

“The rooms were small, they wouldn't give me my room when I arrived, the sink smelled like rotten eggs, housekeeping did not come so we had to call them, They gave us the wrong rooms at first and didn't apologize! All in all this was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel/motel. I would never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone ever!”

“The hotel is located almost at the center of Las Vegas, with convenient access to MGM and several other hotels if you don't drive your automobile. Their staff is friendly and nice to guests and can be a help if you need guidance.”
