“Just retuned from a trip to Vegas and I will never stay at the Bellagio again. The staff, especially the front desk, is completely ignorant. I asked a room with queen beds and a view of the lake months in advance, but when I got there, I was told there were none left. Great customer service. I couldn't even believe that they would give me that as a reason. Plus, my key card to my no view room never worked. I spent more time in the hallway waiting for security to let me in than I did in the actual room. What really upset me was that I was always told by the front desk that they did contact security and they are on their way. Does it take an hour to come let me in my room! I finally was helped by the operator (who was the only one who ever helped - I gave up talking to the front desk about anything). The operator informed me that security had no report of my situation! You can get much better service at cheaper hotels. Bellagio has no customer service, and the employees and managers couldn't care less about your issues.” Feb 15, 2009 by

“Known as one of the most expensive and fanciest hotels on the strip, your first impression of the Bellagio is the beautiful lobby. Look up because the ceiling is custom glass art and theres nothing else like it. Also, check out whats in the Conservatory as they rotate the displays, which can be very elaborate and sometimes interactive. The rooms are amazing with huge beds, a nice closet, and an amazing bathroom complete with marble, separate bath and shower (The shower is glass so you can see through it), sink and toilet. Some extras are: a light up magnifying mirror and a lot of counter space. The outlet is in an odd place though (above the edge of the sink near the toilet). All bathrooms come with hairdryers too. The Bellagio is in the middle of everything, which makes planning a walk along the Las Vegas strip easy. The Bellagio offers a wide range of foods, menu prices and atmospheres. Theres a buffet. (I wasnt impressed in fact I was quite disappointed). Theres also the Café Bellagio - American fare and priced well. Its casual and relaxed. You can get breakfast well into the afternoon and the staff is friendly. Theres also the café Gelato (Yes, they serve Gelato - an Italian ice cream thicker than regular ice cream), but they also serve paninis, muffins, fruit trays, and other quick and easy breakfast and snack options. The Bellagio is the epitome of Las Vegas. Featured in so many movies, its the staple of the Las Vegas strip. Our stay was more than comfortable, it was also affordable. My only negative point would be the morning buffet, the long walk to the guest elevators and the long hall ways to the room. But really, it doesnt get much better than the Bellagio on the Las Vegas strip.” Aug 5, 2008 by

“Linens were not clean and had to ask for them to be replaced only to get more bed sheets/pillow cases with stains. Not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. We had stayed at Venetian last time with no problems whatsoever. Beautiful fountains though.” Mar 30, 2006 by

“What should have been a relaxing visit turned nightmare due to the consistently poor service. From the moment I arrived until I left there were countless problems that went unresolved by management. Not a good recommendation for females traveling alone. Numerous security breaches and locks that repeatedly did not work.” 3 of 5 people found this review helpful.Aug 3, 2005 by

“This was our first visit to Las Vegas and we chose the Bellagio as it was a special occasion. What a wonderful hotel. We paid extra for a Lake View Room and it was well worth the additional cost. The Staff were very helpful and I had ordered some special treats for my husband and they were well worth the money. Would definitely visit Las Vegas again and hopefully stay at the Bellagio. Staying at the Bellagio made our holiday very memorable.” 10 of 10 people found this review helpful.Mar 23, 2005 by

“We love staying at the Bellagio. Best of everything! The food is the best and the rooms are incredible. The pools are fabulous and everything is spotless. The staff is incredible. Well worth paying a little extra to stay there.” 9 of 9 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
