• Friendly waitresses and waiters.
• It was filthy and disgusting.

“This was by far the worst hotel/casino/resort that I have ever stayed in. The hotel is 2 1/2 years old and it was shocking how disgusting it was a from inside. The rooms and carpeting were filthy. The pool was a disgrace. I would not allow my two dogs to stay in that room. The concierge was a complete idiot and was clueless about the Las Vegas area.”

• The size was just right we didn't have to walk a mile to get to our room or any where else in the hotel.
• The valet left my 2007 range rover at the front of valet for over an hour with window down and key in seat. I came out and to find nobody.

“Felt like I was in a cabin it was very cozy but the service at the valet and front desk was a joke. I left my camera in the room for sure and they said they have not found it, maids got a new camera.”

“We were very disappointed in the small dirty rooms and over all appearance of the property. The hotel is too new to be in that much disrepair. The staff was friendly, but the place was dirty just had a unkempt feeling.”

• The beds were so comfortable and I like the location.
• How smoky it was as soon as you open the front lobby doors.

“More than what I expected. The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. I really liked the location even though people said it was far from the strip which was not, unless you are a lazy person and do not like to walk. The monorail was just across the street which was great. I would definitely stay there again.”

• Room, lack of professionalism in staff, broken shower and smell.

“The smoking bedroom we were put in was disgusting. We don't smoke and we were not told it was a smoking room. Shower was broken - tub filled up and did not drain. Staff was unprofessional. Disgusted in general.”

“For the price and location, it was excellent. I was expecting some very low cut hotel or trashy or dirty. The only dirt I saw was on the carpet in the hallways to the room. Other than that there was no bad smell, nothing really bad that would affect my future stay. It is within one block from the strip across from MGM. Perfect location for the price.”

• The bed was nice.
• The hallways, stairwells, employee facilities were very dirty.

“First of all, the front desk was quite a chore to locate. I had too asked three people where it was. It's mainly a Casino that happens to have a hotel. It's obvious that the primary focus is on just that. My wife and I are making an effort to get into shape, so we tend to use the stairways. Oh my God! It looked like a scene from skid row. Trash and unused chairs, tables, broken and stained with you can only imagine what. One time, I accidentally took the employee elevator, since only one of the guest elevators was working, Anyway, the employee elevator had old wads of toilet tissue shoved into the numbers above the door that had been knocked out or something. Also, graffiti on the walls. Also, the kitchen area that I had to walk through, since I was lost and trying to find my way back to the lobby, was very dingy and dirty looking. Luckily one of the workers watching the TV showed me the way out.”

• It was cheap, the pool was nice, and I won at the Casino!
• The maid service is quite poor. We were there for 5 days, they didn't make the bed once.

“Overall if you are looking for a cheap place to stay this is a great place! Although the maid service wasn't very good. The engineers are hot, so we didn't mind having multiple things not work in the room because it meant they came to fix it! But overall it was a good time and I would go again.”

• I liked that it was not crowded and very calm crowd. Also the comps from the rewards were nice.
• I actually did like this hotel!

“If you don't expect a lot, Hooters is great! The room was clean and they did a real good job of making you feel like you were in Hooters even in your room. The staff was nice, and the hotel wasn't too crowded, our air conditioner broke the first night, and they sent someone up right away and he replaced it with a new one in 20 minutes! Impressive. But remember, don't expect much and you wont be disappointed. Think Motel 6 near the Strip. Oh, and don't eat at their Hooters Restaurant. Bad Service and terrible food. Hooters in Burbank are better!”

• The quality of the room was extremely poor! Carpets, hallways, bathrooms were all old, tired and dirty!

“The hotel was not a three star hotel. Not only were the hallways gray with warn carpets and the door to our room broken - but the bedding was frayed, the washroom dirty, plastic mattress cavers, no coffee available in the room, the windows were so dirty, one could not see outside! Even the stools (no chair in the room) were upholstered in orange plastic that was torn.”

“It was OK, but there was a fight going on in the hall on our last night about 4:30 in the morning. It took them a long time to resolve this and the fighting went on for about an hour. Location is good, just off strip. I left something in the room and apparently they have no desire to help with that issue. Room seemed clean and for as much as you are in your room (only to sleep/shower), it was fine.”

• The nasty carpet that was stained and dirty. Very old out dated hotel and casino.

“I would never stay at Hooters again. My husband said the same thing and he'd stay just about anywhere. It had nasty carpet in the hallways. The hallways actually did not look good. Dan Marino's breakfast buffet was cold and unappealing. My son and husband vomited from what I think was the wings at Hooters, only because they where the only two that ate them. My other son and I didn't have any and we didn't get sick.”

“They then neglected to clean our room, even after calling to request it and being guaranteed it would be. We then had to wait close to an hour to have towels and toilet paper brought to our room since the room had not been cleaned! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to others in the future.”

• No A/C, dark bathroom, old style shower curtain, and dirty windows & carpet!

“The A/C never worked during our two days! The bathroom lighting left you in the dark, we went to Wal-Mart and bought a clamp on portable light with a 150 watt bulb! I made love to the shower curtain until we went and bought a expandable rod. We washed the windows so we could see out!”

“I was very uncomfortable. My husband was also concerned and we weren't sure I should stay there. The hotel itself was acceptable, if you can ignore all the drunk frat boys. They were no trouble, just everywhere you went. There should be coffee maker in the room, or at very least some sort of cafe to get coffee and a light breakfast.”

• I didn't like that is was a hooters hotel when I had my very young kids with me.

• The lobby was full of slot machines, loud. Check-in was awful!

“Hooters was a disappointment. Lobby was loud and full of slot machines. Check-in took about 25 minutes, lack of trained help, very slow service, and gave us a very bad first impression. The sleeping room was adequate, but no coffee maker, shampoo, etc.”

• The lady at the reception desk was great.
• Room dirty, falling apart. Bellman useless.

“The carpets were stained, utility features fell apart in my hand (mirror, TP holder, etc.) Lights dim. Bellman couldn't even tell me if there was Wi-Fi available or how to work TV. Guest services said it was closed. No coffee shop. Good location, safe garage for car, shower worked. Bell desk tried to answer questions. Nice security guard.”

• The beds were nice. That was the best thing about the stay.
• It seemed cheap from top to bottom other than the beds.

“This is not the type of Hotel that you expect to end up with or want to end up with if you are looking for a room. This is a specialty product for people looking to look at girls in small swimsuits. The average couple is not looking to stay at Hooters.”
