- Hotel was clean, attractive and the rooms were large with decent baths.
- No restaurant or food services.
“Overall, an excellent choice for economy traveler to stay in Las Vegas. Hotel has free shuttle service to New York New York hotel (strip) where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. However, you need to take a taxi back (short ride $10). Bathroom is better than economy with upgraded sinks. Overall a good place to stay.”

- Spacious and clean rooms. Nice pool. Continental breakfast good.
- Breakfast time was very crowded. Hardly found a table.

- Nice lobby.
- 1 of the 2 elevators was broken.
“Room was small/cramped and was expecting 1 king bed and 2 queens. Seemed to get 2 falls. I don't much care for the tropical theme too bright. Rooms could use a remodel tile and tub/shower area seemed to need some work. Employees were also loud in the hall. I thought it was noisy partiers, but turned out to be staff. Was a decent place ok location off the strip, clean, friendly front desk staff? Probably best for business travelers or if you are not planning to be in the room long.”

- The beds were like sleeping on a cloud.
- Not prepared for an emergency situation.
“The hotel, I believe, is underrated. Our stay was excellent. The staff was friendly, in most cases but not always. The only problem we had was that the hotel staff is not prepared to handle an emergency. There was a false fire alarm. After we evacuated the staff had no idea what was happening. Good thing is was a false alarm other than that it was an excellent stay.”

- It was clean and what a hotel should be.
- Located a bit away from the strip.
“The hotel satisfied the basic necessities and requirements of a moderate hotel. The both the public spaces and the personal quarters were clean. The service was helpful and courteous. The only con was the location being off of the actual strip. Being a Vegas trip, I felt that having an actual casino hotel room would've best complimented the whole experience.”

- Complementary hot breakfast.
- Some of the check in staff was stand off.
“Overall, this hotel was very good. I would recommend it definitely. A couple bad points, the heated pool was hardly heated, so basically useless in November, a big disappointment for my 7 year old. You have to pay for internet usage. It should be complementary at this day and age. These are strong points, but overall I enjoyed this hotel, especially the comp breakfast. That makes a big difference in budget and planning your daily events. It was also clean, safe and in a convenient location just off the strip.”

- It was conveniently located off the strip.
- leaving the hotel parking lot was difficult. Traffic was always backed up. No non-smoking rooms.
“The staff were friendly enough but they wouldn't work with me on moving to a non-smoking room. I became ill because of the smell in the room from the previous smokers. They seem to have a shortage of non-smoking rooms. Couldn't sleep for two nights!”

“ Additionally, the staff were helpful and the continental breakfast was good. I found that I was happy with my overall stay. Also, this hotel is close to "wild wild west" which has very good deals on food for a restaurant. There is also a convenience store right next door at chevron.”

“I was very disappointed with the staff at the hotel I stayed at. They were rude from the moment I checked in until the moment I left the hotel. I was amazed at how rude the staff was to me and my friend. I am going to write a complaint to the Hampton Inn and ask for my money back. It was an awful experience.”

“Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Best part of the deal is the free shuttle from the hotel to and from hotels on the Strip, as well as the airport. It's possible to walk to the strip from the hotel (20 minutes), but the shuttle was very convenient and punctual and went as far as Treasure Island to the north. For $10 the driver took us all the way up to Fremont St. which would have cost about $20 by taxi.”
