• Fantastic staff, great room, met all expectations.
• No major complaints.

“The hotel met and exceeded all of my expectations. Great room, friendly staff, and located exactly where I wanted, though not exactly near the strip or downtown, if you're in Vegas for such things. All in all, I have no complaints what so ever. Great facility and I would definitely stay there again.”

“ Security did not respond when someone attempted to enter the hotel without a key card drunk and banged at the door for 45 minutes after the front desk had been called.the response by management was to buy us a very nice breakfast.after repeated calls to front desk they finally called las vegas police, which resolved the situation immediately.”

• Rooms got very dark when you closed the curtains.
• Bed too soft, like a futon.

• The price was good, and it was close to many restaurants and shops. The staff was very good.
• The neighborhood seemed bad, the rooms weren't very clean, the TV made a constant buzzing sound.

“I would recommend this hotel if you're low on cash and aren't looking for a an exceptional experience. Everything about it was just average, and the area seemed a little rundown. The bright side is the staff is very friendly and helpful.”

• A little noise heard from the road.

• A little too basic decor - bathroom was very small!

• it was filthy. Dirty sheets, dirty glasses and a cracked one, fungus covered shower curtain and a very rude night staff

“This hotel should not have the Marriot name attached to it. Maybe it should be named motel 5. Does not live up to its name. This is the black sheep of the Marriott family.”

• Hard to find, directions wrong, waited long to check in with no one ahead of me.

“Overall, decent hotel. Quiet, no gambling, nice rooms. Directions at website inaccurate, and they need better signage to find it, but may be prohibited by laws. Construction going on around that area so a little difficult to find.About 15 min drive from the main strip area which was fine for us.”

• The staff at least tried to be helpful and the maid to our room was great.
• No continental breakfast, to far away from downtown the room smelled really bad even after 3 days w/ the window open the bed was very uncomfortable.

“The web visual was misleading and the distance from downtown was on a good day 20 to 30 min away mostly 45min away. The staff was very nice but the room smelled really bad. The housekeeper tried to help but... We felt that the bed was really uncomfortable and thank goodness they had other pillows because my husband is very allergic to down, which I'm sure most people like. Bottom line the web ad and picture was very misleading and I was disappointed.”

• It was a beautiful hotel, the rooms were great and comfortable.

• The location was a bit out of the way for those who want to spend time on the Strip.

• It was very clean, the pool was well lit, and clean.
• Road construction in the area mad it harder to get the motel.

• Great location for MY needs. Easy access. Friendly lobby staff, although not earnest to resolve an error of their staff. I dealt with it.
• House cleaning threw MY things in the garbage (or stole) , causing us a GRAVE, dangerous and miserable drive home. I am very angry about that.

“The hotel itself was nice enough. Although the sink in my bathroom was dirty upon arrival. I liked the location and ease of entry/exit. The lobby staff was pleasant and smiling, and jovial. I enjoyed that. Newspaper in the morning. However, housecleaning needs retraining on garbage etiquette". Either they threw something away, or possibly stole it. Whichever, I am very unhappy about their decision, and do not trust my belongings in their hands. Therefore, I will not be revisiting this particular hotel."”

• The room was clean. Vanity outside of bathroom. Lots of parking even when it looked busy.
• The fan in the bathroom blew cold air leaving me with a cold breezy shower.

“The parking was good. The staff was nice but slow. The side entrance did not have a ramp for luggage w/wheels. The room was clean in all aspects. The laundry detergent used on the sheets broke my skin into a rash. This happens to me every once in a while. The bed was in a weird location that gave the room an awkward feel. The fan in the bathroom should have a separate switch. It was blowing cold air during my shower. The bathroom was colder than the bedroom after my shower. I need hot steamy showers.”

• Located away from the congestion of the Strip & near the Golf course
• Had to pay for a pricey breakfast that is included at Crystal Inns

“It was very nice and clean with a nice view of the courtyard with swimming pool and spa. We just spent one night so we didn't take advantage of the amenities and we were suprised when breakfast cost an extra $23 for a breakfast buffet for two.”

• Far from the noise and lights of the Strip but close to shopping.

“This hotel is great if you don't want to be near the lights and noise. It takes about 10 minutes to get down to the Strip from here so it is still convenient. There is lots of shopping and restaurants around the hotel, all pretty new. There was construction of the freeway going on while we were there and part of the road was shut down but it reopened the day we left. That was a little inconvenient to be detoured but I'm sure it was just temporary. All in all, a great stay.”

• Low cost. Large, clean room. Easy parking. Free broadband.
• It is located about 15 miles out from the Strip, $20 by taxi.

“The Courtyard Hotel on Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas is located about 15 miles North West of the Strip. This may sound inconvenient, however if you have a car this gives you easy parking and in 20 minutes you can be in the centre of the city. A one-way taxi will cost about $20, so factor that into your hotel pricing. There are many stores with sufficient parking just a few hundred yards from the Strip so if you have a car drive into town and park free. The hotel does not include breakfast, that's $8.95 but good value. All rooms have free broadband Ethernet connections. Rooms are large with two double beds and are clean and well presented. I was very happy with the room and the service I received.”
