• Nothing.

“First hotel to ever refuse to give us two beds. The hotel probably was at 60% occupancy. Pool and Spa closed for their convenience for other maintenance. Things like small refrigerator stayed in hallway the entire visit of three days.”

• The room is very clean. And the bed linens are clean and smell fresh. I also like that the check out is at 12:00 noon.
• There is no complimentary breakfast. The hotel sign is small that we always miss it.

“The hotel is decent and very clean. I like the fact that all rooms are non-smoking. This is very ideal if you are traveling with kids. This is a smoke free hotel which is excellent. But I am just surprised that the only complimentary breakfast is coffee. They should have added at least some doughnuts and/or bagels. All of the hotels that I have been to have complimentary breakfasts except this one.”

• Easy parking.
• Not really in Summerlin, but close.

“The Courtyard is a nice hotel located at the intersection of Summerlin Parkway and US 95. I had a room facing the US95, but the noise wasn't that bad. The bed was okay, but not to the level of a Marriott three star. The lobby was modern with cookies and water/coffee during the day.”

• Close to freeway and shopping.
• There was no air conditioning in hallways.

“This was a nice hotel but I wished they would have offered complimentary breakfast instead of a buffet of $10.99 while I was traveling with my 3 kids. Also the hallway definitely needs air conditioning. It was so uncomfortably hot while bringing my luggage upstairs and in the elevators.”

• Overall I like the hotel, it was in a easy reachable place and very clean.
• I did not like the pool, not being clean, when we went swimming. I would be nice to get free breakfast.

• It was close to everything but not downtown.
• I had to leave.

“It was a great stay and the room hotel was clean. The hotel was much nicer than what I was looking for but it was worth the few bucks. It was in a really nice area close to the strip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.”

• Clean, attractive, liked it better than the Flamingo, where I was for business earlier in the week.
• Pool under construction, but we didn't need it anyway, though.

• It wasn't crowded, curtains locked out the light in the morning. Comfortable bed. Brought bedding for sofa bed.
• Had a drippy toilet that made noise. Had to listen during the night.

“We really loved the comfortable bed. It was so clean. We didn't have to park faraway from the entrance. The staff was very nice and helped us get bedding for the sofa bed. No partying during the night. Insulated very well. The shower was great, too. Thank you so much for everything.”

• The bed is so comfortable.
• Liked everything.

“The location is close to shops and restaurants. If you don't want to be on the strip, this is the place to go. It's a no smoking hotel, so the rooms are fresh. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, so you can get a great nights sleep. I would definitely stay here again.”

• Had to beg to have the room cleaned by 5 PM on second day.

“Nice hotel in middle part of Las Vegas not far from Summerlin or the Strip. Great value. Clean rooms, nice decor and comfortable bedding made for a nice stay. Could be a nice romantic spot for a getaway. Staff was cordial.”

• Nice comfortable rooms. A little hard to travel from bathroom to bedroom. (Narrow space)
• Not real friendly at the front desk. Seemed to be poorly trained. Errors.

• It was attractive and very clean.
• Other Courtyards have complimentary breakfast. Room air was inadequate, room was hot then cold. Not good for Las Vegas.

“This is a clean, attractive hotel. It could use a larger, better lit street sign. I have stayed as a business traveler at other Courtyards where breakfast was complimentary. The rooms have wall air conditioners that made the room either too warm or too cold. I stayed in early spring where the Nevada heat was not much of an issue. I would not want to stay there during the blistering Las Vegas summer.”

• I liked that it was in Vegas, but in a safe area as I was alone.
• This hotel did not have a small fridge in room.

“This hotel was in a safe area not too far from the strip. The room and hotel in general was clean and well kept. I felt very safe coming in late. I think that the room should have had a small fridge to store sodas and waters, but that was a very minor inconvenience. I had a great trip.”

• Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.
• I had to move to another hotel when courtyard wouldn't extend my stay.

“Great hotel and excellent staff that go out of their way to anticipate your needs. As a physically challenged person traveling alone, they went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The room attendant even exchanged an over-sized shower chair before I could bring it to their attention. I look forward to going back soon.”

• The rooms are better insulated against noise. They are quiet rooms.
• I don't like having to pay $2.50 for bottled water.

“I have stayed there several times before. The location is convenient if working in North Vegas and not wanting to stay on the Strip. The rooms are clean, comfortable for the price, and quiet. It is a non-smoking property so the rooms don't smell like years of cigarette smoke residue- that in itself is worth staying there.”

• We did find carrots in the ice bucket and the coffee maker still had old coffee in it.

• They weren't sure if they could get me into a room with two beds, but they did.

“Very comfortable stay, wasn't real happy about them not being able to get me into a two bed room, but they were able to arrange for it later that night when I checked in.”

• Customer service wasn't unto the standards.

“Hotel is well located and safe with a friendly look but cannot be termed romantic. The hallways are little Narrow and the elevator locations are not convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would be looking for a decent place to stay at an affordable price.”
