• Willingness to try to accommodate a severely handicapped traveler to the point of building a ramp to enter the room.

“The rooms are pleasant. We arrived after 11 pm and had to use the night bell. They were friendly and definitely cheerful. They actually built a temporary ramp so we could help my cousin to get into the room.”

• Price is not bad, the nearby museum is pretty good.
• They asked $20 more to exchange one king to two queen beds.

“This is an economy level hotel, the price is not bad, but the hotel overall condition is not very good. However, I still think it is not bad to stay one night there.”

• Clean rooms, friendly staff, room was very quiet.
• Older motel, but well maintained.

“Great room for the price, the Wi-Fi was slow and weak signal. Don't buy gas in Elko.”

• Location, easy to find.
• We were put upstairs when motel was not full. I have a bad leg. I did not ask for ground floor. A little disappointed with the stairs.

“The location fit our needs to stop between San Francisco and Colorado. The continental breakfast was cereal, juice, cocoa, banana and apples. All that was expected, but no place to sit to eat it.”

• It had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
• We had a room with two queen beds and were asked not to use one of the beds. We used the beds since none of us were going to sleep on the floor.

“The rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was adequate for the kids. Asking us to use only one bed was rude.”

• Location, easy to find.
• Old. No elevator. Poor parking.

• It was decorated very nicely, had everything we needed.
• I thought the bed too firm, my husband liked it.

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. While it is an older motel, it appeared to have been recently painted and updated.”

“This is a great spot to stop over for the night and there's a great restaurant chef .Very tasty!”

• Outside was not so good looking but the room was perfect.
• It was hard to get in and out and the parking was limited.

• Located across from museum.
• No breakfast area in lobby! For the amount of rooms, should open up a room to house the breakfast. Have to stand outside to eat.

“Motel staff when we checked in were very helpful about local attractions. Room was clean. Offered one washer/dryer. Breakfast area was in 3x2 area of lobby. No tables to eat, so you either had to stand and eat, or carry to room; Inconvenient.”
