“The Spring Hill was a great place for me and my wife to stay at. The king size bed was great, the breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us because it was close to the Boise State Campus where we went to watch Boise State Football.
I will definitely stay at the Spring Hill in the future.”

“This is a very comfortable and quiet hotel, with great breakfast for both businessmen and leisure travelers. It has two computers with printers that came in very handy. Location is quiet and close to restaurants and parks.”

• The staff was so nice went to extra effort to make us feel welcomed and comfortable.

“This location is great, the staff was the best we have ever met and
the room was clean. They offered us popcorn and movies free. They were helpful, even coming to our room to help us. I loved it and would consider staying there every time!”

• Great breakfast, nice comfortable room, friendly staff.
• The non-smoking room absolutely reeked of stale cigarette smoke, and staff was aware of it, as they were aware last year.

“This hotel is a bit out of the way, not easy to find. This is the second time we've stayed, and the last room we had in this non-smoking hotel also reeked of stale cigarette smoke coming out of the A/C heat vent. We complained last year, and they still have not cleaned the vents or walls of this terrible stench. We asked to be moved to another room as we did last year too, but they were going to put us next to the elevator.”

• Lobby had cooler that stocks refreshments (handy), includes beer.
• My air conditioner wasn't the most efficient.

“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. After a long day of shopping I had to accompany my 10 year old to the pool. Luckily the cooler in the lobby is stocked with a variety of microbrews and traditional beers. You can purchase the beer and other refreshments and snacks at the front desk. I then was directed to a cup (no glass near pool) and a US News and World Report to entertain me while my daughter went swimming. The rooms had a fridge, microwave, and sink. They even supply you with a complimentary bottle of water. This hotel is near Red Robin, Focaccia (a decent restaurant) and a pizza place. Not far is downtown Boise which had cute spots for dinner, tapas, and a wonderful farmer's market on Saturday morning. Try Bardenay for a great restaurant (and the famous Goldy's for breakfast). Also, the hotel supplies a nice breakfast for free! Nice stay for a regular type hotel.”

• The breakfast was just ok, we have had better in different Marriott properties.

“We arrived before check in time and it was not a problem they had our room ready. It was quiet at night. Convenient to different the Riverwalk and a lake. I would stay here again.”

“Even though it was a bit out of the way, I would like to stay there as often as I could when in Boise. It was a good value, clean rooms, good amenities, and even offered breakfast. For my family and me it was everything we needed and a little bit more.”

• Can hear noise through floors. doors slam loud. Did not keep me awake however. lights burned out.

• When the heater went out in my room staff didn't apologize for having to move me at 1am.

“It's not right off the interstate, you have many turns to navigate. The decor is excellent, it's either been updated or the facility is new. There's a hot breakfast in the morning. Night staff not as professional as would like to see.”

• We could not extend our stay into the week because it caters to business travelers.

• Really convenient that the hotel van will take you anywhere for free if you give them some notice. Of course I tip the driver but saves on taxis!
• Wish pool and spa were enclosed for winter.

“Always glad to visit this hotel. Beds are as good as a 4 star. Free breakfast with make your own waffles and lots of other choices is darn good. Staff is the friendliest ever. They remember me, and ask about my family. The main van driver remembers where my daughter's apartment is so he can take me there. Rooms have small fridge and microwave, and hotel has a small snack purchase area with frozen foods you can nuke, and a good selection of chips, candy, soft drinks, beer, and some wine. I had a very comfortable stay.”

• Beds as good as any 4 star. Staff really friendly and helpful!
• Wish the pool was inside, and that bathrooms were bigger. Sink/vanity part is in open bedroom.

“Whenever I go to Boise I hope to get this place, especially because the staff is so nice and the free serve you breakfast is quite good. The beds are comfy and rooms generally quiet so you get good rest. You can bring your dogs, and the hotel is close to the river greenbelt which is a great place to walk them (or just stroll yourself). There are good restaurants nearby, I can recommend the pizza/pasta place directly across the street, and its not a chain. Free airport shuttle, and the van driver will take you other places as well if they're not too busy, at no charge. Very happy place.”

• I liked that even though I was on the 1st floor I couldn't hear those above me.
• The TV is in an odd location and not great from the bed or the sofa. It's small thing.

“Overall it was a good experience. The free breakfast was nice and there was plenty of food. It was nice that they had to go bags for those who needed to eat on the run. Overall I would recommend this hotel. It is great for extended stay.”
