• Liked it a lot so this doesn't apply.

“Great location and had a great swimming pool and landscaping. I would stay there anytime. It would be nice if the breakfast came with the rooms. I have seen that before and don't like spending more for breakfast.”

• We liked the free in-room internet service.
• The appearance of the hallways outside the rooms was not as nice as the lobby and rooms themselves.

“Convenient location on the east side of Downtown Boise. Dining, including Perkins, Blimpie, Thai Food, and the Ram, is all within a long city block's distance. For the price we paid, the lobby and room had a luxurious feel to them. Service was good, although they ought to provide a readily apparent "quick check-out" option for those of us in a hurry.”

• We enjoyed the pool and exercise room.
• We came back to the hotel late at night and the key would not work in the outside door in the back so we had to walk up the the front of the building.

“It was clean and comfortable. We had a relaxing stay there. I would stay there again.”

• When I walked in there was a large spacious entry way that didn't feel sterile like it does with most hotels.
• It was a great trip and well worth the money.

“Large clean room with a place to link up our notebook to the internet. The entry way was warm and inviting. The staff was friendly and greeted me when I got there to check in. All in all it was a good experience.”

• It was a long walk to the pool and around lots of corners.

• Liked having a king sized bed and sofa bed for our son.
• Pool was cold and Jacuzzi was not heated.

“I would recommend this hotel as long as the pool and Jacuzzi would be functioning. They do offer a breakfast, but very expensive.”

• It was very conveniently located, and it was very nice to have the restaurant in it.
• My mattress had a large indentation in it, so I had to sleep on the other side of the bed.

“The hotel was very nice. The lobby area was very comfortable with a nice fire in the fireplace. The room was decorated nicely and the hotel was very clean.”

• Very quiet room. The hotel was busy but I didn't hear neighbors at all.
• Why do they start two leaf blowers before checkout time? They want us to leave?

• Comfort from the moment you check in until you drop onto the comfortable mattress in your room.
• A warmer swimming pool would have been most excellent!

“If you looking for complete comfort at an affordable hotel price the courtyard Marriott in downtown noise does it with a great hot tub and wonderfully up-graded mattresses.”

• Individual patios. Very courteous desk staff.
• Poorly signed to find it the first time.

“Great place to stay in Boise, especially close to St Luke's hospital. Very clean rooms, helpful and courteous staff, and nice firm mattress. Room well lay out, with microwave and fridge and wi-fi.”

• Convenient location for main arterials to various locations in Boise.
• Wasn't there long enough to develop a dislike to much of anything.

• It had a nice whirlpool. It was romantic for our honeymoon.
• I didn't like the generic pictures.

• Big rooms and very comfortable. Close to the businesses that we needed.
• Coming off the freeway we had to do several u-turns to get to the hotel.

• I was disappointed that there was not some type of continental breakfast supplied by the hotel.

“Hotel in very nice setting, relatively easy to get to from the freeway. Close to restaurants. It was quiet and clean and we enjoyed our stay.”

• Waited what seemed like a long time to check out.

• The room was adequate but small.

“We liked the fact that we were close to the walking/biking paths near the river. It was great weather for walking through the park. The staff was friendly and the service was great. We would stay here again.”

• 8 bucks a person for the continental breakfast. I could've saved 15 bucks and gotten a free breakfast elsewhere!

• It was very neat and clean and the beds was comfortable to sleep in. And it was easy to fine.
• You should offer continental breakfast Instead of charging for it.

“It is a really nice place to stay at. For the price that I paid for the rooms that we had. It was really good to go and see it clean and neat. And not dumpy like some that I have been in. I would stay there again.”

• The swiftness the desk clerk helped us with a problem.
• They only had smoking rooms available/not our preference. Used machine to refresh room/satisfactorily done.

“Even though it was very busy with many groups in the hotel we were treated cooperatively and courtesy. We were upset at first about the only option of a smoking room as my husband has sleep apnea and smoke is not good for him. They did air out the room for a couple of hours while we were gone. We will go back if we're guaranteed nonsmoking room. However they did not give us a discount for the problem.”

• Excellent hotel for the money, would stay again!
• Parking spaces very narrow.

“This hotel was very well kept, clean, and had great features. The courtyard and pool were great. We had a king room with a nice sitting area and a small deck. We would love to stay at this hotel again and we paid very little to stay in such a great hotel.”

• It could use a better selection of restaurants within walking distance.

• they provided bottled water - Dasani at $3.00/bottle. The tap water there was wonderful

• Entrance to parking isn't very well marked.

“Directions given got us right to the hotel. Check-in is a breeze. Our room was clean and ready for us when we arrived. There was a complementary bowl of fresh fruit at the front desk. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the Courtyard by Marriott and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again! ”
