• Friendly staff, nice breakfast, comforts of home.
• Had to move TV to make up fold-out couch bed.

“What a great place to stay. Anne Morrison Park is in the back yard, the staff were very friendly. We arrived at nearly midnight due to a late start and the clerk at registration was still bubbly and friendly. She was also very accomodating in helping us try to find a place that delivered pizza still at that late hour. The breakfast was well stocked and of good quality. The rooms were equiped with full (and stocked) kitchens, the rooms were large and very comfortable. We wish we had arrived earlier to take advantage of the "Get-to-know-your-neighbors" BBQ. We will definately look to stay here again.”

• The cleanliness of the room and the amenities.

“The location was nice as it was a short walk to the Boise Depot, BSU and Ann Morrison park. It is quiet at night, the staff is pleasant and the rooms in very good condition.”

• Quite roomy and I would stay again and we stayed on a Wednesday night and they had a free baribque with salads and fruiter and a hot breakfast in.
• There was not one thing I didn't like about the hotel.

• The staff were so friendly and very helpful with my children!
• I have no complaints, it was perfect for our needs.

“The staff made it so easy to travel with children, when my three year old pulled the fire alarm they were so kind and helpful when they could have been mad! They made arrangements for us to use the pool next door since it was to cold to use the outdoor pool and I had promised the kids a swim. Breakfast was great, high chairs available. They even made sure I was on the ground floor for ease and safety with children. Such a great experience.”

• The price was good for the one night I needed to stay there. The free breakfast and internet were expected, but nice too.
• The lighting could have been a little brighter and the bathroom was a little outdated with low counter tops.

• Quiet, we couldn't hear anything!
  
• Wooden outdoor stairs. The hotel was more of a condo setting, not a hotel.

“We had a fairly good time. No comforter on the bed, just blanket sheet, may be seasonal. Quiet area for reading, small kitchenette & we weren't sure if we had to do the clean up with the coffee maker or not. It would have been nice to know that stairs were or may have been a potential.
”

• It was wonderful for a family traveling with small children.
• The wall paint was a little outdated.

“This hotel is great for families with children. It offers privacy and amenities like a full size fridge. The breakfast was great and had a wide variety of choices including hot things like pancakes and eggs.”

“The Residents Inn in Boise, Id. was clean, quiet and nicely decorated. Each morning we received breakfast and a newspaper. The staff seemed genuine in their eagerness to make our stay pleasant”
