• Comfortable beds.
• Pool was extremely cold.

• Nice room comfortable beds, nice lavendar soap.
• The door jammed in the bathroom was rusted through. Very small bathroom.

“Nice room, glad it had an indoor pool, exercise equipment. The door jammed was rusted through at the bottom in the bathroom, you could only see it with the bathroom door closed , and the bathroom was very cramped, small. Very comfortable beds.”

• Excellent Staff.
• Smoking Rooms.

“The hotel was fine. I was literally sick from being in smoking room for the night. The staff was very good about moving me to the non smoking room the next day but it still negatively affected my experience.”

• Very convenient location and was clean and well maintained.
• The interior rooms overlook pool and it can be very load.

“Overall a very good hotel. I have stayed at many hotels and this one is one of the very best. Lobby very clean and modern. Double rooms are a bit small, but rooms are very clean, maintained and up to date.”

• Location to the airport.
• Basic accommodations for a Holiday Inn.

“Due to a convention at the facility, our room was in a separate building from the pool. The kids were disappointed as we were so far from the pool we just didn't go.”

• Close to the airport with free shuttle.
• Smoking rooms in same building as nonsmoking and no elevator.

“This hotel was okay for the area. There was no elevator to second floor and smoking rooms were in the same building as nonsmoking. Perks included a restaurant and lounge on site as well as a free airport shuttle.”

• Location was right off the freeway but you did not hear the freeway.
• Dark room with no natural light, used to be a smoking room.

“Our room was upstairs (no elevator that we knew of) and faced the Holidome. So, no natural light and our room obviously used to be a smoking room. Overall, it was fine for what we needed but not a hotel I would go back to.”

• Very close to the airport and a 24 hour free airport shuttle.
• I could hear the TV of the room next door.

“This hotel is great if you are flying out from or into Boise. The staff was courteous and the room was clean and well appointed. The hotel has a nice indoor pool/hot tub and game room.”

• Everything was absolutely GREAT.
• There is nothing that I did not like about it.

“This was an extremely clean and friendly Hotel. The staff was exceptionally helpful and polite and the room was super clean and very comfortable. Television had plenty of channels and the shower was top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel if your ever in Boise. Great Job!”

• I asked one queen bed, gave us two double beds.

“Convenient access to airport with reasonable parking rates. Room was pleasantly spacious, as well as very clean for a 2 star moderate rated hotel. Would definitely stay there again.”

• The large pool and movie facility.
• The lighting in our room-somewhat dull and unattractive and the location of our room was far away from front desk.

• Great indoor, heated swimming pool ideal shape and size for lap swimming!
• No shopping or restaurant facilities in immediate locales.

“Great location: 2 minutes to Airport. Shuttle service every 1/2 hour, excellent. Wake-up call was warm, friendly with local weather forecasts excellent!”

• I was unaware of what amenities it would or would not have. No refrigerator.

“Very conveniently located to airport, interstate, Downtown Boise area. Restaurant and bar on site, but wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room I was assigned to was in a separate building way in the back of the property, but it was very quiet.”

• No desk in room with convenient internet access on desk.

“This hotel is typical of the better Holiday Inn Hotels. It is very close to I-84 and convenient to the air port. It was a very good.”

• The carpets when you walk into the building were dirty.

“This hotel is convenient to both the Boise International Airport and Downtown. It met my expectations as far as affordability, cleanliness of the rooms and lobby, and friendliness of the staff. I would also recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Boise, Idaho.”

• The hot tub was out of order and this was one of the reasons we wanted to stay here.

• Hallway smelled of cigar smoke.

“Check in was easy, the room was quiet and clean. Check out was noon which is nice since so many rooms it is 11:00. The staff was friendly. Laptop router and plug in was easy to hook up to and was fast. Staff was nice. Overall I was very pleased for a one night stay. This would be a fine hotel to stay in for a couple or few days for business especially.”

• The noise level was quite disturbing.

“My experience would have been much nicer had it not been for the noisy people staying in the room across from me. They slammed the door so hard so many times! At 11 PM I got up to see who kept doing it. When they slammed the door it was so hard it moved my door! They were teens who kept running and laughing loudly down the hall. When I called the front desk to complain it seemed that there was nothing she could do.”

• Non-updated rooms are very uncomfortable & gross!

“We have stayed here before and were in one of the re-modeled rooms. Very nice. The ones not re-modeled yet are nasty. Beds are old and not comfortable at all! They have told me that they are "in the process" of updating all of their rooms, but that was several years ago and still not completed. I always cross my fingers for an updated room and I am very disappointed when we get the "old" one.”

“Nice older motel. Do not get a room that is on the side next to pool. Extremely noisy no insulation, and staff does nothing to stop the noise, after repeated calls.”

• Pool and huge projection of wall movies was fun for kids.
• Our room was way off to side, had to go outdoors to reach pool very little parking had to park on other side of building.
