• I stayed here years ago when it was Ameri Suites. The new owner did an excellent job in remodeling and customer service.
• Hot water did not work well in shower.

• Very nice rooms and facilities, awesome TV hookups for games, etc.
• Shower/water closet room very small.

“Friendly staff, very clean and modern hotel, nice breakfast, Hookup panel for the flat screen
TV to hookup game systems, DVD players, computer, etc. TV is a 42" flat screen. Beds were comfortable, room quiet and large, very upscale for me. Would for sure stay here again.”

• Willingness to accomodate are bed request and location convenient to pool and parking.
• No ice machine on the main 1st floor that we could find. I would have liked some hot chocolate in the room along with coffee for the little ones.

“Pool was very cold. Something that the children looked forward to doing after a long day in the car and the water was very cold. The room was clean and the staff very nice. The light outside our window on the ground level was a landscape light that stayed on all night.”

“Mostly succeeds at trying to feel like a boutique hotel. Weekend prices great. A few fit and fitness details do bring cheaper motels to mind. Small bathroom. Good breakfast.”

• The rooms are very nice and there is lots of room. We were able to sit and visit comfortably on the sofa.
• I really can't think of anything other than we usually enjoy a hot tub and this hotel does not have one.

• I liked the decor and the helpfulness of the staff.
• I thought the bathroom was too small, hard to get in and out. The door with the toilet was so close.

“This hotel was awesome. The interior was beautiful and the exterior was attractive and welcoming. Our kids had a great time in the pool, although we were disappointed that there was not a hot tub. The room was spacious and very clean but the bathroom was too small. The location was excellent, close to shopping and dining. We had a great stay!”

It is close to shopping and dining in Boise. Great location, rooms, and service! I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Boise after this.”

• Being able to have a romantic drink in comfortable surroundings in the wine bar.
• The shuttle to airport does not begin until 7:00 a.m. Needs to be more accommodating for early air passengers.

“The room was extremely comfortable with excellent appointments. The staff was cordial, helpful and efficient. Free internet access was appreciated. We particularly enjoyed being able to sit in the comfortable wine bar and have Hyatt special chardonnay (their brand) in pleasant surroundings without being tied to the room.”

• No hot tub.

“Excellent value for the $50/nite during my 7 nites. Superb bed & pillows and 42" plasma HDTV in each room. Excellent staff. Very clean. Great for business travelers or leisure. Near shopping malls, food and dining. Indoor pool but lacks hot tub. No laundry facilities. 24 hr food service and small lobby cafe. Complimentary breakfast in lobby cafe. Snacks/drinks available for sale at front desk. No vending machines on floors.”

• Entertainment amenities. Attractive. Comfortable.
• Shuttle not available at time of my arrival.

“Staff was very friendly and personable. Not stuffy. New remodel is very attractive. Room design was very pleasing and comfortable. Location near retail is handy. Transportation two and from downtown would be handy for entertainment. Or at least one way. This opens up access to more entertainment and shopping but allows customer to enjoy a coctail without worrying about how to retrieve their vehicle from downtown.”

• The room was very nice & relaxing, that's what really counts, I also enjoyed the large TV.
• The breakfast was not all that great.

“The location was good for a shopper, because it was near a mall. I was there for business and I did have to travel about 6 miles to the downtown area, it would have been nice to be in that area.”

“Our adjoined suites felt luxurious with the sitting area divided from the sleeping area with a partition. The triple sheet bedding was clean and comfortable. A desk area with internet made computer work easy to do. It was a very pleasant stay.”

• They were very helpful with me in a wheelchair and willing to go the extra mile for any guest. It was very clean and comfortable.
• Using the phone even for local calls cost. Would like more vary to breakfast.

• I wished I could stay longer.

“This hotel is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. I was very impressed with the new rooms and design. On top of that the hotel staff was very professional and helpful. I have never stayed at a place for such a great value with such great accommodations and service. I would recommend anyone stay here. It was beautiful, modern and people actually made you feel welcome!”

• The maid kept knocking on our door trying to get in.

• The breakfast didn't have much of a variety. Also there wasn't a microwave. If you guys had a microwave people would stay longer.

“This hotel is one of the best I have ever stay at my life because of the great location. It was located next to a little creek which is always a good view and had many stores and restaurants surrounding it which is also a plus. The weather at the time was excellent. temperature was nice, nice breeze and no mosquitoes pestering any person. If the staff keeps this up the hotel will be booming with customers.”

• Newly remodeled which made it feel more upscale.
• The bathroom in the room had mold and mildew around the tub and there was no lotion in the room.

“The hotel has been recently remodeled and looks very nice in the main lobby area and common areas. The rooms look very nice from a distance but if you look too closely you see that some of the older things like dirt and mildew remain. Our room had a very strange odor that would not go away. For the price however probably the best in Boise.”
