• I love the north facing rooms, that face the beautiful mountains ahead.

• Staff member was so helpful.
• Only have breakfast
  in restaurant.

“Very clean. One of the staff members was great. He helped us with food choices and printed out our boarding passes for us. Loved the shuttle to the airport as well.”

• Comfortable bed, really comfortable.
• No free breakfast. No good creamer for coffee-scratchy towels-ouch!

“A little understaffed at the front desk, but once we got help, it was great. The pool and Jacuzzi were so beautiful and serene. Had a great swim, was able to do laps. The amazing sheets, pillows and mattress-but the scratchiest towels ever!”

• Very clean, nice large room, friendly people, just not for the single traveler. No entertainment, or dining
• No lounge or dining.

“The room was lovely, the staff were friendly, but there was just nothing do to at this location. From town, it was approx. 4 blocks. Could have walked during the day, but the weather was inclement and therefore confined to the hotel with no lounge or restaurant.”

• Best Value for it's upscale quality
• No complimentary breakfast

“This hotel was in walking distance to the Palm Springs Convention Center and offered free parking. The beds were better than my own and the decor was definitely upscale. I used their exercise room that had high quality equipment. I only wished that they had a free continental breakfast, but then I would have been really spoiled”

• It was clean, and was somewhat close to the main street.
• It was not 3+ star quality. I was disappointed.

“ 3 to 4 blocks to walk to the main street where all the restaurants are, Internet is free only for the first 24 hours. They don't mention that. Not a 3+ star quality. ”

• Cleaned and not smoking.
• Sop abed not commutable the mattress is workout need to change the better one, also don¿t have a complimentary breakfast, also the price not right.

“My experience stay to this hotel, I m very disappointed, because I¿ll never though what I¿m expecting to be very nice and commutable, but is not. So naptime my family going the trip we never going to stay to courtyard Marriott hotel.”

• Good location and easy access to spots of interest.
• No true ding area; breakfast was quasi-lobby eating; walls were tad thin.

“Just fine if you need a place to sleep; room was clean and shower had good water pressure, which was far more important to me than whether there was legitimate restaurant from which to dine. Overall, the hotel is a legitimate and perfectly acceptable if you are not in need of luxury.”

• It's location.
• No restaurant.

“I liked the restaurant but found it odd that there were utensils/dishes were in the hotel room since there was a fridge and microwave. Also that the coffee amenities were in the vanity area instead of the "kitchen" area. Quite disappointed that there was no room service.”

• The room was large and clean. The free internet access was a plus.

• The room was clean and convenient.
• The pool didn't get much sun

“The hotel was nice, convenient to airport, and had a shuttle service. Nothing fancy, but very affordable and nice. Just what we needed, and at a great price.”

• It is close to downtown Palm Springs.
• You can hear every conversation in the next room.

“One front desk person. You need to call the manager directly to request for the type of bed or a refrigerator. You can hear everything your next door neighbor are talking about.”

• the T.V. picture was bad but replaced by front desk after a couple of complaints

“Everything was fine for the price & location, except for the front desk reminding us of this being a priceline deal, & maybe we shouldn't expect as much as other guest. This happened three times.”

• The maids (housekeeping did an excellent job.
• Exercise room- weight machine broken. tread mill broken. No clean towels one day.

“They advertise that every room has a balcony or patio. My room had neither. In spite of this the room was comfortable (great mattress) and we enjoyed our stay.”

“The Courtyard by Marriott was immaculate in every aspect. I had a parking lot view, however if I'd been willing to schlep my bags upstairs I could have had a courtyard view, (they do have an elevator). Check in was easy and efficient. The hair dryer didn't work, I left a note and it was replaced that day. Two miles to the airport and mile to downtown makes the location top notch.”

• The mattresses were very comfortable.
• While having a bath, I noticed a bath tub ring..

“We liked the overall rich decor and cleanliness of this hotel. The desk clerk told us they're going to do a major overhaul in the next little while, so I'd like to go back there.”

• Had not stayed at a Courtyard before. Thought they were suites. Basically it was a good deal

• clean rooms with balconies and interior entries, free apples and coffee, safe location
• I wish they offered a free continental breakfast. Our room was noisy since it was near an elevator.

“This hotel is clean and offers all the basics needed by the average traveler. Coffee maker in room, blow dryer, laundry facilities, pool, Jacuzzi, and more. The interior room entry adds a level of security. The lobby area is clean and nicely furnished with light snacks available for hotel customers free of charge. A buffet breakfast is available, too, at an extremely expensive charge. There is a grocery store within walking distance, and the main strip of Palm Springs is only a very short drive away.”

“The Marriot Courtyard is a fine business-class hotel very close to the convention center and "the strip" in Palm Springs. I was in town for a convention, and my friends who stayed at the convention center hotel (supposedly slightly better than the Courtyard) were astonished that I got a room as good as theirs for less than half the price. ”

“You can always count on Courtyard for a clean, decent room. We had 2 double beds and a sleeper couch, no problems getting extra bedding/towels, pool clean & well maintained. Bathroom in hotel room utterly spotless. Hotel was in a safe area, very quiet. Only problem was that the movie channel was broken, but hotel cheerfully refunded fee. Friendly staff. Did not get to try restaurant.”

“Hotel very unaccommodating, wouldn't let me check in early (which was not a big deal). Wouldn't let me use a phone line for a local call with my laptop (which was a bigger deal). Gen Manager of hotel tells me that they only have wireless computer access, and my computer won't be able to dial up on their analog phone lines - HUGE DEAL.”

“I really liked the Marriott Courtyard, Palm Springs. I was tired when I came in, the staff was friendly. When I woke up, I was at the base of a mountain. Breathtaking! I was also very close to the City of Palm Springs, which was quaint and nice. It started the rest of my trip out right. Thanks!”
