• Location was good.
• The air conditioner in the first room did not work.

“It was OK for the price. The air conditioner in the first room I was given did not work. They changed my room without any problem. The second room was fine.”

• Nothing outstanding for star rating.
• Staff not service oriented.

“Heater in room not working upon arrival. Weather was cold. Office sent someone to check. Long wait. Mechanic had to change out entire heating unit. Another long wait. Office would
not move us to another room. Had to wear coats in the room for an extended time until heating unit was replaced.”

• Location. Well-kept grounds.
• Pool was not available. Lack of counter space.

“It is perfect for someone passing through, especially if you are on a budget. We aren't going to spend too much time in the room. There isn't enough counter space in the room and the bathroom door when open makes using the sink counter very awkward. However, I was able to have my dog with me and he didn't mark a spot even once, which could mean that they clean the rooms well (and/or my dog is a very good dog).”

• Telephone cord missing & wasn't replaced while we were there.

• The bed was super comfortable!
• The blinds could have had a better sheer offering.

• It was convenient to get to as well as central in location. The rooms seemed updated.

• The only thing I liked was the reception was fast and friendly.
• It was dirty the beds looked liked they didn't change the sheets and the curtains was offer, lots of stains on them.

“When I first walked in the hotel it smelted like mold, you can tell that it was surface cleaning, the toilets at the bottom was dirty and the sheets looked liked someone had slept on them, they were very wrinkle.”

• Close to convention center and Downtown strip.
• The shower pressure and fixtures.

“If you want quiet. Its not going to happen. Especially in peak season or convention week. Restaurant is steps away from hotel (carrows). Plenty of parking. Great pool. If you want to save money and dont care about the looks. This is your hotel.”

• Physical plant (outdoor hallways) good use upgrade.

“If you get rooms facing the pool or the mountains, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the price. Great location. Easy to get around. Great for couples and families.”

• Convenient to the downtown. Great view of the mountains.
• Our bedding and towels were removed at 9am before we checked out.

• It turned out to be very close to the Gay Leather Bar.
• Too many goddamned old people at the carrows restaurant.

“Very non descript accommodations, suitable for last minute, needed for sleep spot. It is not a destination in and of itself. Kind of expensive for being essentially a Motel 6.”

• First room leaked from ceiling, 2nd room smelled awful.

• It looked like it had a nice pool but it was closed by the time we checked in.
• Uncomfortable bed, ugly décor.

“This hotel had the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. In this case neither my wife nor I slept a wink and the mattress looked like it was ancient. The tub did not drain properly and the "in room" coffee maker was missing. The overall decor (bedspread, carpet, etc.) was depressing too. Unfortunately this was an improper trip and most things in the area were booked up. Now, we were not expecting "Club Med" but I've stayed in much less expensive roadside motels that were far better. Luckily it was only for one night.”

• Very nice pool area and good location to restaurants.
• Not allowed early check in, any cars in parking lot, duh!

“We like the quaintness of this hotel. Pool area, location, restaurants are great! Rooms are a little small, but adequate. Staff could be a little friendlier. Was not allowed 1pm check in, told room need an 1 hour to clean. Waited in pool area, no cleaned room for 1-1/2 hour. Then we were put in another room anyway.”

• They had a fridge.
• The hallway very badly. No cable. Stuff falling apart.

“The hallway smelled very bad. It was small and crammed for 3 people. There was no cable the floors where dirty. But it was close to were we had to go and had nice scenery.”

• The front desk personnel were very helpful allowed me to check in early to get ready for a meeting.
• The bathrooms definitely need help the floor tiles were broken and you could feel the floor give under normal weight.

“The rooms are small but adequate. It was clean and tidy with everything in place but definitely needs some upgrading for floors. We could feel the floor give when walking around. The walls are pretty thin. What makes up for it was the great staff they took care of any needs immediately and were very friendly and accommodating.”

• The location and pool.
• Noisy air conditioner. Room was next to the laundry facility.

“This is strictly a location hotel. The pool is well maintained and attractive. 8 out of 10 Jacuzzi jets in the whirlpool were broken. The cost was too high for what we got.”

• The shower pressure was good.
• ALL OF IT, except the water pressure.

“Awful place, it felt like the place had a dingy film to everything, I could not wait to get home to wash all my clothes. The bald guy at the front was not a happy camper as well. Over all out of all the hotels I have stayed at this was on the top 5 of the worst. Just gross.”

• Very clean, restaurant next door, beautiful pool, exercise room, good location.
• Hotel maids forgot to empty coffee filter.

“Restaurant next door, beautiful pool, exercise room, good location. Price a little steep however and taxes on room steep however the experience of good service, cleanliness, location and atmosphere made it worth.”
