• Pool area.
• No microwave.

“The hotel is economically priced. The hotel we usually stay in was booked Memorial weekend. I did not like that the pool and spa were not cleaned daily. Lots of dirt and germs from all the kids. The continental breakfast was not all that great. I would not stay again.”

• The hotel and pool area were very clean and well maintained.
• The only issue that I had was the air conditioner in my room was old and inadequate.

“This hotel far surpassed my expectations. The only issue that I had was with the air conditioner in my room, which barely kept my room at a desirable temperature.”

• Hotel staffs are friendly and very helpful.
• No iron board, run out of iron when I needed, the fridge not working properly.

“Overall the hotel is clean from inside out. Personally I think the hotel should do some upgrade to improve the attractiveness.”

• Moldy bathroom, double beds, crusty towels, sheets don't fit bed.

“I believe that this place is overrated at 1 star. There was mold growing in the bathroom. The tub/shower looked like it was salvaged from a city dump. The towels were crusty like sandpaper. The room had 2 double beds. The sheets didn't fit the beds. I'm glad we only stayed one night.”

• It was cheep and convenient to my business.
• It smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.

“It was an OK room, I was just a little concerned about my safety, it looked like some of the people that were there were actually living there. In a pinch I would stay there again but not my preference.”

• Convenient location.
• Door key did not work properly. Ice not available. Lamps in room and bathroom faucet needed repair.

“The quality of this room was a great disappointment. The door keys would not work consistently. Room ice was available in a chest freezer in the lobby but had been melted and then refrozen, making it very difficult to get ice. The bathroom sink faucet was improperly repaired and was difficult to control -- it was very easy to burn yourself. The springs in the mattress could be felt and was uncomfortable.”

• The continental breakfast was atrocious! Did not exist.

“I would only recommend this hotel for its pool and hot tub. The continental breakfast was not there. There were only a few muffins. Also, there was no blow dryer or microwave in the room. My friend and I were expecting much more. The maids were very friendly. However, the people that worked in the office were not.”

• Location was great.
• It was dirty, inconvenient room, the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was dirty, the sink was plugging.

“Location great. Outside environment good. The staff was decent. I have seen Motel 6 rooms better than this.”

• We were moved to a cleaner room without a load frig with door hanging off hinges without any hassle.
• Room dirty, frig door hanging off hinges, dirty carpet, smelled like old sweat, man outside smoking cigs.

“I will never stay America Values Inns again. Not signed well, clerk had trouble giving us direction. Took 3 phone calls to find it & then her directions were wrong. I stopped & bought a map then got directions from a store clerk. The lobby was messy & the morning coffee unmade & service area unclean. Our room was dirty as the sink had crusty spots like it hadn't even been scrubbed in days. The carpet was dirty. The room smelled like the last sweaty person staying there. I had to turn on the fan to get the smell out. The frig mad a horrible noise & the door was hanging off by the hinges. There were not enough towels for 2 people & one bar of soap for the sink & shower only. We asked to see another room, it was cleaner & the frig worked but still substandard. I have stayed at Motel 6 & they had nicer rooms. I will not stay there again.”

• Jacuzzi did not work!

“A clean and inexpensive hotel near to Downtown Palm Springs. Great for those on a budget, but be sure to ask if the Jacuzzi is working before booking.”

• They had band aids.
• Dirty bed, dirty tub.

“Wasn't impressed. They room was barely adequate. Parking was limited, linens were clean, mattresses were not, bath tub was old stained and dirty. No one knew how to operate the safe in the room. Heater/AC rattled as if in need of repair.”

“The staff was unfriendly, uninterested, the room was old, dark and dirty. The bathroom floor was dirty and the bed was very uncomfortable. I will never stay there again and Ive told friends about it. I feel that I should be compensated something for this. If I could have rated it less than poor, I would have.”

• Maid service didn't follow rules.

“I left my expensive shampoo (full bottle) in bathroom. I immediately called to see if the maid had put it aside. I was told it is their policy that maids are to put found items in a back room. Upon inquiring about my shampoo, I was told the maid "threw it away". It was brand new and cost me $25. The room only cost $50. I was very disappointed about this situation.”

• It was biker week and the road was noisy but not the hotels fault. Pool cold. Spa was good though.

“The small refrigerator was nice to have. Ice machine was broken but they had ice available in the lobby. All the staff was friendly and accommodating. Maid service good. Would book a trip there again.”

• Conveniently right off of the 111.
• Scummy, in bad neighborhood, lots of police activity in area.

“The motel was good as far as it served its purpose for me. The view of the pool was awesome. The room was extremely clean. The air conditioning didn't work so well, I almost complained. The motel is very run down, and in a very bad area. I witnessed a lot of police activity within the block of the motel.”

• There was not a hairdryer in my room.

• Hotel is in a good location near downtown. The Jacuzzi was nice.
• Kids screaming in pool area until 10:00 p.m. hotel room had no closet.

“The hotel rooms are very basic with no extra amenities. The TV set did not have a remote control. There are no closets in the rooms. They advertised a continental breakfast but had a limited selection of items (mini muffins, coffee, tea, juice). The hotel lobby looked disorganized.”
